She is the best at choosing the right frame. I would try numerous frames to the point that my nose would be sore. I finally said "help!" She looked at me & the prescription, asked if I liked metal or plastic, then she chose the perfect frames for me. She took the measurements too to make sure that they fit correctly. As much as I hate wearing glasses, she made the experience so easy. I did see the doctor at the Harrisburg office because they have more openings. I picked up my new glasses at the Palmyra office.

I've being going to Kirman Eye for over 40 years with good results up until this last visit. I had…read moreoriginally scheduled an appointment on 6/18 and they called about a month prior and told me I needed to reschedule because the doctor was not going to be in. Ok, they told me their earliest opening was 8/6. In the days leading up to my appointment I got several phone calls and emails telling me to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment (3PM instead of my 3:15 pm appt time). I got there at 2:50 pm and checked in. Sat in the waiting room until 3:15 pm, when one of the staff took me to a preliminary room and did a quick check of what I could read with each eye. This lasted 3 minutes at most. Then she proceeds to take me to another small waiting room. I sat there until 3:50pm! I got up, went to the front desk and told them I was done waiting. My appointment was 3:15 not 4:00. What I vehemently dislike (and think is totally unfair and unprofessional) is that the customers' time is NOT VALUED or "considered" at all, whereas you are expected to strictly adhere to their time schedule.

Today I took my watch to Brent Miller in Lancaster they have a sterling reputation. Their watchmaker opened up my watch they said it looks like it never been serviced the inside was dirty and is both gaining and losing time and the gasket which is supposed to be replaced so it remains waterproof was the original gasket that was in the watch and never been replaced. I cannot say enough negative things about Leitzel's Jewelry, they completely screwed me and had me pay a couple of hundred bucks for either shoddy work and lied and didn't do the work. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
