I had an enjoyable experience with Roberto a few weeks back at Oakridge Mall. He was so helpful with a return on a defective pair of shades that I loved! I went to Santa Row and was disregarded and told to go to Valley Fair for the part I needed. I then asked her, do you think they have it? She said no. Why would you tell me to go there? Never even asked to see what my issue was. With Roberto's help, I was made whole with a new pair of Ray-Bans, after he took the time to listen and see how he could help. I'm pleased and will continue to buy sunglasses from your store. I drive 40 minutes to get to the store as all the ones in my town are now closed. I am now more than happy to make the trip!

There are only 7 locations in the US and the only locations I've ever visited was their Seoul Myeong-dong store. I guess they are known for their funky art displays that seem to be unique in every store. The Seoul one had giant robot faces, this one has 2 donkeys in the front and a half robot old lady in the back that terrified me when I realized she wasn't a real person. The sales associate was amazing and told us a lot of the history and also recommended some funky and more standard frames. They have semancoses near every pair on display where you can get a direct link to it on their website. Some models are sold out and everything on the floor is for display only so they might not have everything being shown. They have an interesting sales model where everything is limited and produced just one time so if you see something you like it may be gone forever quickly.

However, things quickly became frustrating due to constant delays and inconsistent information. On February 28, I called for an update and was told I would hear back on March 2. On March 2, they called and said the glasses would be ready by the end of that week. On March 7, I called again and was then told it would take 3-4 weeks. When I pointed out it had already been 4 weeks, they changed it again to 4-5 weeks. On March 10, they called and promised the glasses would definitely be ready by the end of that week. On March 13, they informed me that their lab had lost the frame and they needed to reorder it and resend it to the lab. They also said it was the lab's fault, not theirs. However, the lab is their partner--not something I chose--so I don't think it's appropriate to shift the responsibility to someone else. On March 16, they called again and assured me the glasses would be ready by Thursday or Friday that week. Now, more than 7 weeks have passed, and I still have not received any call to pick up my glasses. This experience has been extremely frustrating. The repeated delays, broken promises, and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

Most of us like browsing on our own, but I came in searching for a very specific style of sunglasses--and honestly had no idea what the style was even called. I gave him the vaguest description, and somehow he pulled exactly what I was picturing. We went through several options, and he gave honest feedback, recommendations, and helped me narrow everything down to the perfect two pairs. What I appreciated most is that he wasn't pushy at all--he truly wanted me to feel confident in my choices and told me what actually looked good compared to others. The store is clean, organized, and the customer service is on point. If you're shopping for sunglasses and want someone who knows their stuff without any pressure, definitely ask for Chirag. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

So bifocals work well for me. I told them that though my astigmatism is not high, I would like to try a contact lens for just that because my current multifocal gives me double vision and is unpleasant to wear, I wanted to just correct that and not for reading, I also picked up a sample of a updated prescription for multifocal contacts which I had originally from valley fair lens crafters. The sample lens they gave me caused severe immediate eye pain, and that was because they handed me an option with curvature markedly different from my eye. Something basic that should not be done and could damage your eyes! The multifocal too was terrible because though I asked for less correction, to avoid double vision, they gave me a severely corrected version where the multivision never went away.
