I brought in my glasses that I don't like and sunglasses as an example of what fits great, since I wanted to be comfortable sitting at the computer for long periods of time. I was hoping for a conversation about similar options for bi-weekly contacts for people with astigmatism, since it's a new condition for me, but nope. I was hoping the lady could help me with my face measurements or tell me what a good option would be for the bridge piece that I could explore so they don't always slide off, but nope. I felt like a nuisance and stopped talking after the conversation just seemed to be a whole lot of "I don't know" and "I don't order online." Super disappointed and I'll take my chances with somewhere cheaper, since I didn't care about the cost at Target Optical. I just wanted help! Extremely slow in getting me my new glasses 2. Apparently notified me once, via text, with the only identification of who was texting me being a 5-digit number 3. There was no other follow 4. When I eventually called to find out when I was going to get my glasses, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then the phone hung up 5. The business appears to have changed ownership and now is part of New Tampa Eye Institute, but at last contact, they did not even have a sign with their new name -- this review was left with the old name because the internet and searches using their new name failed to find them. 6. Woman who finally answered the phone was borderline rude and blamed me for not clicking on that 5-digit number -- apparently their equipment was not up to communicating by name I think that what they have is very badly out of date office technology

Got the receipt and the doctors office charged me $580 for the frames. Did a google search and the manufacturers website has them for $430. Multiple other retailers are selling them from $250 to $400. Pics to follow. When I discussed this with the gentleman that appears to be the office manager, he tried to Bullcrap me saying there's always a difference between what manufacturers sell for what their retailers sell for. No kiddo, the manufacturer sets the MSRP and retailers usually sell for less or at MSRP. Greta place, nice staff but overpriced big time.
