I've been saving my points for a "rainy day". When I went to use some, ALLLLL of my points were gone. I was pretty upset given I had more than 20,000 points. Andrew was SOOOOOOOO amazing. He reassured me and made sure I'd be able to use my points. If he didn't do that, I probably would have NEVER have come back to coco and would've gone else where. I'm giving coco 4/5 because of the selection. At one point, there were so many options. It's clear they only want you buy their brand (which isn't great). I get it. It's a business. But.... The options are so poor now, it's a big bummer. Your staff are the ONLY reason you got four stars. If it wasn't for all of your staff..
