Amazing isn't a strong enough word to convey the outstanding job BalloonZilla did for my son and his brides wedding on Saturday 9-10-22. The creative arrangements were so well made and breathtakingly beautiful... they almost stole the show! I had the BEST experience with Balloonzilla for my son's 1st birthday. The weeks leading up to my son's 1st birthday, I agonized on whether I could personally handle the party decor and setup. After watching Youtube videos and researching balloon arch ideas on Amazon, psyching myself out, I finally relented to having professionals handle the task. I reached out to a few different balloon vendors via Yelp. America at Balloonzilla was the first to respond (I loved that they used Honeybook for communication management). She asked whether I had a theme chosen and I sent her the Pinterest board of "Baby Shark" ideas. She replied back with examples of other arches and garlands they've done in similar styles, bubble strands, balloon bouquets, etc. She sent inspiration links of other styles that could be done as well. We bounced ideas off of each other and I finally decided on the garland and bubble strands for the party. It was a seamless process and she was very quick to respond to my feedback/comments. The day of the party came and there were 2 balloon attendants that showed up on time and ready to work. They setup the arch and the balloon strands quickly and made the process so easy. They were in and out of the venue in less than 30 minutes. The whimsical balloon arch was to die for! There were shades of gray, silver orbs, clear confetti, and white in all shapes and sizes. We were so happy with the vibe and the guests had endless compliments! Balloonzilla offered amazing service and a stellar experience. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you're looking for a stress-free, reliable vendor for your next event!

If Missy Elliott made a song for this place, it'd be called "One Minute Balloon" and it'd go something like this: (Chorus) Break me off, show me what you got Cuz I don't want, no one minute balloon, Break me off, show me what you got, Cuz I don't want, no one minute balloon! Balloonzilla definitely lives up to its name when it comes to size- the balloon bouquet was MASSIVE. Disastrously, Balloonzilla also lives up to its name with its MASSIVE destruction. That is, the destruction of the balloons as they deflated within an hour of my receiving them. In other words, the balloon bouquet looked absolutely grand upon arrival. Alas, just as quickly as they came, many of the balloons deflated. As Missy Elliott's rendition goes, I wanted more than just one-minute balloons. Now if you'll allow me, please let me share the tale of the time that the Balloonzilla wreaked havoc on my wallet: I called Balloonzilla the day of my wife's big event, which started at 4 PM. It was 1 PM and I told the lady on the phone, Christina, what I was looking for. It was a unique conversation as Christina had the enthusiasm of someone who was watching paint dry. However, that wasn't going to deter me from getting a big' ol set of balloons! The delivery gentleman came, as promised, to deliver the balloons. He was the highlight of Balloonzilla as he delivered the balloon bouquet with a warm smile. Caleb was his name, I believe, and he must be commended. As he handed the balloons off to me, I was impressed with the monstrous size of the bouquet. But as the old saying goes, it's not the size of the boat but the motion of the ocean. Unfortunately, there wasn't a single ripple in the calm ocean that day. As my wife's event took place at 4 PM, people were noticing her tig ol' balloons. As the evening went on, people were noticing the deflation of them. By 8 PM, two of the balloons were sagging and drooping. One of the balloons had balloons inside of it, but all the balloons inside had mysteriously popped. By 10 PM, another balloon began to droop and that was the cue for Missy Elliott to start performing her rendition, "One Minute Balloon." Like Missy, I was extremely disappointed in the balloon bouquet that I received. For the price tag of $100+, I would expect for the balloons to at least hold up for one night. No, what I did receive were balloons that started off massive but shrank like little raisins throughout the evening. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. Balloonzilla, this will be the last time you terrorize this guy's wallet. I would've been better off going to Ralph's or Von's for a smaller balloon bouquet. At least with them, there would be some motion of the ocean.

A huge thank you to the entire Balloonzilla team! Had the pleasure of booking them for a corporate event. The process was absolutely seamless from beginning to end. Their design expertise made the process so easy and I truly did not stress one bit when it came to the balloons for this event. They were extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with cannot wait to use them again!

This is my third event booking with America and Robert and they always exceed my expectations. They always make my events look and feel so magical. America is extremely talented. I come to her with an idea and she makes my vision come to life and more. I had the pleasure to work with her for my baby shower, then a work event and now my baby's first birthday. She already figured out my style which I especially love because as busy as I am I can just put my trust in her without hesitation. I am very impressed with her work ethic, she arrives early and doesn't even take a water break until she finishes. She definitely makes my events less stressful with taking over and making it the most magical event that anyone has ever seen.

I was looking for a place that could do decorative balloons for my friends baby shower. After messaging Balloonzilla, I received a response within minutes. I spoke with someone on the phone to confirm the date and time for the delivery. I was then referred to a website, where I made the actual balloon purchase. I bought 2 bundles of the baby strands, and a larger balloon garland. The delivery window was between 9 am and 11 am. I received a text at 8:45 am saying that the balloons were on the way, and they were promptly delivered a little after 9 am. I was so pleasantly surprised with the end product. They were even more beautiful in person than in the picture. I was thinking of more skinny "strands" of balloons, but they were huge with smaller and larger balloons. They stood a good 7 feet! The quality of the strands and the garland was impeccable. Only downside was that the kids were fighting over the balloons and wanting to take them home after the party. Highly recommend Balloonzilla for your next event!!!

They are very professional and on time. Before the event Sarah called and made sure that address and time are correct for delivery purposes. The delivery guy even help me set up the balloon to make it look more stunning. Really gave good vibes to our Friendsgiving. Thank you. Will recommend and use the service again in the future.
