Went to speak with the owner of this phone repair shop in Walmart after the 30 day warranty and unfortunately, he was unwilling to do any form of compensation for me wasting $150 at his store. Highly recommend avoiding this place as the owner seems to care more about making a quick dollar than being an honest business man and being accountable to his customers. Horrible service, zero accountability and knock off parts, that's what you will get if you shop here. And the owner gets all of those high reviews as he asks you to give him a 5 star rating while he is fixing your phone and prior to you even getting it back. A shame to know people like him are so willing to be dishonest, especially when you are a one income family with kids just trying to get by.

I showed up, walked in and was greeted by an extremely friendly and outgoing man named DeVontae. He didn't have my lens in stock but ordered it to show up the next day after 3pm. I paid and left. Super easy. The following day I walked in and met with Izzy who was also helpful and friendly. He took my phone and got right to work on it. He replaced the lens then put it in a small pressure vice so the adhesive could dry properly. Thirty minutes after walking in, I walking out with a fixed and functioning phone/camera. The price was very reasonable at sixty dollars. Service was great, the people were nice and the job done quickly and efficiently. I'll sure go back if I need such services in the future.

About 9 months later, my truck started having issues starting so I brought it in to the same Batteries Plus location to test the battery. They hooked their meter up and said the battery tested fine, even though I had to jumpstart my truck almost every day. This went on for about 3 months and went back a second time only to be told the same thing. I was so frustrated, I decided to purchase a new battery from Toy Automotive. (best Toyota shop in Denver!) I told their service rep what was going on and he suggested I take my truck back a 3rd time but this time , make sure the battery has drained that my truck won't start before they test it, otherwise the readings will show voltage which does not qualify for their replacement warranty. The third time I went to this Batteries Plus location, I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes until the battery discharged enough that the truck wouldn't start and it still took me some convincing to get the attendant to replace the battery. He stated X2 only replaces batteries if they completely fail. Funny thing is just over a month later the replacement battery works perfectly and I have not had a single issue starting my truck! I highly cautioned anyone about buying an X2 battery due to their horrible warranty exchange process.
