When I called a well known shop and they referred me to Langley's, I felt confident they would do good work. I had to wait a few weeks to get in, and they took longer than I expected, but mechanics aren't drive through fast food. Quality work takes time. Prices were fair. (Do you want fast, cheap, or good? Pick two). I dealt with Dennis and Brandon and both guys took the time I needed to communicate and ask questions. They even adjusted the final bill down due to an honest clerical error. They caught it and were up front about it. Also, I'm the kind of vehicle owner that's going to pop the hood and check around for all the little details. Brandon left my car as good as I brought it. No grease spots. No left tools. All fasteners as expected. Do yourself a favor and budget the funds you need to maintain your car before it needs a repair, and trust the guys at Langley's Performance to take good care of your vehicle. I asked to cancel the sale and receive a refund, but my request was denied. I was then asked to leave the dealership. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and with the level of customer service I received. I am pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal and consumer protection channels. My advice to anyone buying a used vehicle is to get a complete independent mechanical inspection before purchasing, even if the vehicle is being sold by a dealership.

When I'd heard nothing by 5pm I texted the salesman and was told "It won't be today but we can get our hands on it". I knew the car was in Springville because their salesman had facetimed my salesman and showed him/us the car. I never heard from my salesman again. I suspect they leveraged my offer with that vague "maybe contract" to get more $$ for the car. You'd think Anniston would offer me a deal on something else to make up for this but nothing. Obviously the bottom dollar is more important to CA Ford than keeping customers happy.

Over the last several years, my wife and I have received several pieces of mail offers (AKA JUNKMAIL) from this company. The last piece of JUNKMAIL we received was on 21 April 2021. I called the company and left a voicemail. I didn't receive a callback. We waited for the company to contact us. THEY DIDN'T! We're very sick of getting this bullshit in our mailbox!!!!! WE DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY, NOW OR FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! OUR MAILBOX BELONGS TO US!!!!!!! WE DECIDE WHAT GOES IN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My family doesn't tolerate mail offers (AKA JUNKMAIL) at all. We take action to STOP IT! On 30 April 2021, I filed a complaint with the Alabama Attorney General's Office, Steve Marshall (AL AG). They sent sunny king toyota a letter , requesting them to offer a "settlement or resolution" to my complaint. sunny king toyota didn't reply to AL AG's letter. Comments form the AL AG's letter to me stated "the company has obviously indicated an unwillingness to cooperate with the AL AG's office as a mediator". Recently, I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requesting their help in stopping sunny king toyota from sending us their damn junkmail! We want to reduce the amount of paper and resources being spent to generate unwanted junkmail, like SUNNY KING TOYOTA SENDS OUT BY THE TON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just spoke with Kent on the phone and I have never brought this car in to them before. I bought it used in July. It is a Prius and ever since 2008 when I bought my first hybrid, I fell in love and have had one ever since. The problem is that generally service mechanics will tell me that it needs a new hybrid battery on cars in the past although I continued to drive on it for years with no problem. In Kent's case, he did right the opposite assuring me that after multiple lights came on in my car, there was no since in even bringing it in for a costly inspection unless the check engine light comes on and blinks. And that this is likely caused by my gas cap not being tight and once I tighten it and drive it about 10 times it will eventually reset. And that I have nothing to worry about unless that one check engine light is on and flashing in which case to pull it over immediately. That has not happened and he left me feeling much better and more confident in mechanics. Sunny King Toyota will always get my business moving forward. read more

Y'all did it again!! We bought a 2018 Camry last June from Willie and today we traded it for a 2019 with Willie! We absolutely love Willie, he's so sweet and professional. He has kept in contact with us throughout this past year, he's starting to feel like family. The service department has been excellent as well! We also worked with Mike Battle who was friendly and professional. Our finance guru was Kenny who made everything so fun, he kept us laughing while maintaining professionalism. My family uses Sunny King Service Department because of their Service Techs. They are hands down the very best at what they do. All of the service folks, from the service managers to the cashiers to the parts department are all kind and helpful, but the guys in the back, you know, the ones turning the wrenches, have never failed us. We have three Toyotas and they service each one of them. The only issue, if it is an issue, is often the long wait in line or the delayed appointment time to have the service performed. I suppose the only reason for that is because Toyota owners (I think all of them) go to Sunny King because they're simply the best! read more

I always have a very good experience whenever I visit the Sunny King Toyota Service Center. They always are courteous and make sure I feel at home while there. They keep me updated throughout my visit and always alert me to necessary maintenance issues. However, I never feel pressured to get these services at the time of my visit. I am informed and allowed to make my decision in regards to when I will return to get the services performed. Also, prices of services are reasonable and I have always left the service center satisfied. read more
