I hadn't done my nails in years because I always feel like it's a waste of money -- and unfortunately, this place proved me right. During my first visit, I paid $87. I was initially happy, but the bows that were added fell off the very next day. I didn't complain or go back to have it fixed, even though I considered it. I gave them a second chance. This time I was charged $85 for what was presented as a full acrylic set -- but it was clearly just a refill. The pedicure was worse. I actually had to go to the dollar store and buy nail clippers and tools to fix it myself. The cuticles were barely trimmed and there was no proper cleaning. For $85, that's unacceptable. The salon is two blocks from my home, but I would rather drive an hour away and use a Groupon than spend another dollar here. I will not be returning. read more

I walked in and showed them a pic I want. and asked if I can get regular pedi that color matches my cateye gel mani. they said yes and started picking out pink colors. I said I want more white with a hint of pink not pink. I asked how much and they said 65 for both the Mani Pedi ok. Fine. after painting my nails with one coat they said that the color was too popular so they have only this color. a color much pinker than my original. ugh. they charged me 70 and I said I thought it was 65?? they said the cat eye is extra. I've been coming here for 25 years. I don't come every couple of weeks because all I get is a pedicure. So I am a regular customer but more like every couple of months during the warm weather months. Today, I came in and it was busy with one lady ahead of me waiting for a technician. So I sat down to wait. I waited probably 10 minutes when a woman came in and a technician came up and said she was going to take care of this newly arrived woman before me. I was a little confused as to who she was talking about, so I said OK but then I saw her take the woman who came in after me. I sat there for a couple of minutes and then said to myself, screw this as I was there before her. So I got up and left. After a couple of minutes they came out after me saying they could take me 'now'. So I want back. Well, the technician put forth as little effort as she could. I had a big ridge on one nail that she didn't even buff out. There was no care or attention paid to me because I had the audacity to try and go somewhere else. Very disappointed. read more

I have been coming here for a year. Anna typically does my gel x set or fill. At first everything was fine. But my last three sets all chipped after two weeks. They often don't have the colors I want or run out of gel polish. Typically, Anna is usually in a rush and cuts corners by not letting the gel polish cure for the full 99 seconds under the UV LED Nail Lamp between coats. Slowing down would really help. This last set was done on Tuesday, 10/22 and took 2 hours. Anna was on vacation so they had me wait 20 minutes for her sister. There is also a language barrier so the sister doesn't understand me when I speak to her. She didn't fit the gel x extensions to my nail bed and just overall did not have good application skills and/or experience doing gel x nails. This is the only service I get here so I can't speak to their manicure and pedicure services. If Anna is not there or the colors are old just go to a different shop. read more

We got the combo of gel manicure,and regular pedicure for $65. It was a amazing experience with tea, massaging chair, leg scrub and etc. but at the end I noticed my thumb was bleeding from one of the corner. I normally don't get my nails done, but my friend really wanted to do one for her birthday. I yelp and found this location. It's a huge space and a lot of workers, so I'm glad we didn't have to wait to get pampered. I'm glad I didn't get a infection, but other then that it was a great experience. The workers are very attentive and did a really good job. It's been one week, and they still look very lovely like I just got it done yesterday. They try to get you in fast for walk-in but sometimes there can be a little wait if busy & tbh if you call ahead or have an appt they might need you to wait a little bc they've taken to many walk-ins so I just always walk-in or call a few mins before. I usually get my nails done here & get something like I want them. Not always exact bc they're reluctant to do more than basic nail art/design. Sometimes I def feel the pedicures can be rushed so def don't expect to be pampered & this is even when I've paid for the deluxe. That pm just gets the fancy box w/ the aroma for the water & maybe a few extra seconds of scrub/massage bc the box comes w/ a sugar scrub/lotion but I've never felt like wow I just got a good massage like salons used to do back before COVID. Covid def lowered standards across most industries fr. Anyways the last few times the water was barely warm despite me saying it's actually cold, but depends who you get bc some def try to listen & make adjustments where you ask but don't expect to feel like your being treated. You'll have nicely done nails, but they do need to start carrying clear tips bc they have a decent jelly color selection, but need better stickers & easy apply nail art since they don't like doing free hand art & only one person could if she really wanted. The place is clean but they def could use some updating to the decor & a fresher color theme on the walls. Everyone is reasonably nice and nails will look good. read more

Great service! The ladies who did my pedi and full set both were friendly and took their sweet time on me. When I arrived they took me in right away because I was the only customer but I still ended up staying for 2 hours. That's why I'm knocking off one star because 2 hours is way too long for me! The salon is clean and well maintained! The prices here are a bit high compared to other nail salons in the same location. The only issue I have with this location is when the lady was filing my nails she hurt my skin on the sides to the point I had to move my hand away from her. I didn't have a good experience here at all for so many reasons. 1. The lady doing my nails was not that nice. Not that big of a deal--I'm not there to make friends, but when she got mad at me for putting the wrong polish on, I was annoyed 2. She also did a terrible job painting my nails as you can see from the picture. I could have done a better job myself & saved some money. 3. I only got a polish change which includes them being cut and shaped at every other place I've been to, but NOT HERE. They charge $3 for it and that's fine BUT they should tell you that. The lady didn't even ask if I wanted them to be trimmed. She just started doing it. Had I known it wasn't going to be free I would have told them no thx because they really didn't need it. Did a walk in today late afternoon because im sure for valentines everyone will want to get their nails done. And especially since its a weekend. Came in and was greeted. Asked me what i wanted. I told them mani and pedi and they said go pick out my color. I havent gotten my nails done in a very long time so i dont remember the procedures. I stood there for a good 10 min looking at the colors until someone came and talked to me asking if i was ready. I explained to her that i havent received a mani and pedi in a really long time and is kind of lost. She kindly explained the procedure to me and how they do things. She then got her designs box and showed me what i can have as an example and off i went to my pedi. I got my pedi first. The lady who did my pedi was really detailed. She took really good care of me and asked if i was ok. If temperature of the water was good and everything. I felted very welcomed and comfy. We talked about a few things and chit chatted. When it was time for my design and colors i froze up. I didnt chose anything yet. She was very patient with me and very funny. She made me feel very comfortable. With a massage of course. She painted my toes and said since im waiting for it to dry someone else will start on my mani. I had someone else started on my mani while i was in the same chair as the pedi. I got a massage and noticed she was very detailed oriented too. Got a mini massage and chit chatted here and there. They were very consistent with each other trying to plan out and chose a design for me and such. Then finished with my pedi and off i walk off to the mani station. Then i had another person who did my mani. We talked a lot. Although she had a thick asian accent i can tell she was sincere and really nice and mindful towards people. Although she might be small she is still talented and strong. I got a french mani with designs suggested by her suited for valentines day. And I absolutely love it! The way the tips are even and perfect. The way theyve filed my nails so it didnt crack or flake. The gentle and relaxing feeling they buffed my nails. I loved every bit of it. I also got an eyebrow wax and it didnt hurt at all. Very gentle. Although i didnt expect to spend so much time there it really was a nice experience and it was worth every last bit of it. I definitely want to come back. The atmosphere of this place is nice. And i see the manager remembering everyones names that come through the door and greeting everyone. I really liked this place. I am very upset right now, but all of this is factual. I have been getting my nails done here for a year. I haven't had any problems. Last week I had a new girl do my nails and they looked nice, rhinestones and all. I tipped her nicely as i always do, however once I got home i saw the work was not quite expert and wondered if there was going to be a problem. Well, a week later one nail broke, it just broke out of no where, I went in immediately and showed it to them for them to fix it. They fixed it without a problem. The very next day the other nail broke off. Clearly either something was wrong with the way the acrylic was applied or something else. I went back and the owner was there, she had an attitude. Clearly she did not want to fix the nail for free. I was adamant that it be fixed. She fired the hapless little woman who initially did the nails, and then sat down and tried to berate me for wanting my nails fixed! She declared loudly escalating the situation that I was asking for free services!!! She was wrong and was trying to make it seem like I had sabotaged my own nails. This is the kind of person who is greedy, doesn't really care about customer service and ultimately reacts savagely to a set back. I wanted nothing more than for their mistake to be fixed. I do not believe I had to pay for that. I will never go back there. read more

These ladies are always consistent, and fast. I also come in often asking for non traditional styles and designs and the team ALWAYS accommodates me. They also make SURE that the nails are clean before painting. I know this sounds simple, but often in salons they will not clean sufficiently under the nailbed/toebed. They go above and beyond to make sure to get that goop on the side of the nail (you know what im talkin bout ). In addition they have a VERY good selection of paint colors.
