PRO: - drink menu provided before the start of your session. The menu includes complimentary wines, cocktails, frozen drinks, soft drinks, beers, coffee, tea, and water. - gentle gel polish removing technique... nice and gentle and yet with precision. - lots of manicure and pedicure stations. CON: - acetone moment. The technician literally applies acetone not only on your nails, but also all around your fingertips. She literally put your fingers on the foil wrap and then poured the acetone on the foil wrap and then wrapped it around each finger. And FYI, acetone is toxic when applied to the skin while dehydrating it. - gel polish application was okay. It took more than half an hour and some of the gel did got onto the side of the skin, which I had never come across at a nail salon. The technician was working on my skin to get the gels out after it was done... It doesn't look professionally done up close but from afar, I did got some compliments. - a lingering smell of the "nail salon fume." read more

I happened upon this lovely little salon with a coworker on a layover. I regularly get pedicures, and let me tell you - THIS ONE was the best I have had all year, especially the french paint job. Very even. I didn't have to correct the nail technician at all, and normally I do. I believe I got the Milk and Honey pedicure and the paraffin wax and hot stone massage are always my favorite qualities of a pedicure. If you haven't gotten those before, get this pedicure! It's well worth it. Also, for any flight attendants on a layover - definitely ask about their happy hour special. Super nice on a long daytime layover. Also, they had complimentary beverages. I think we enjoyed a couple mimosas. Highly recommend this place. I would come back to Ft Worth just for this nail salon! read more

Paid $80 for a gel pedi and it looks like a toddler did my nails, they are already lifting and she literally didn't clean up the polish she got on my cuticles or around my toe nails!! What a waste of money, and all I wanted was a relaxing pedi while I was on a work trip. Also she claimed it was OPI bubble bath but it wasn't opi brand nor is it bubble bath, since I get the same color every time on my toes Don't waste your money here.:: read more

If I would've known that I would get rushed subpar service I would've given myself a manicure. I came in as a walk in because I had been once before and the work was pretty good last time. The young lady at the front greeted me half hearted with an AirPod in her ear. I told her I wanted a classic manicure to which she responded "A pedicure?" Clearly not listening. So after filling out the form and being seated she proceeds to start on my manicure. During this time never asked if I wanted a drink or anything at all. It wasn't until she got up from where I was to take care of a guy who's wife was getting a pedicure and manicure that she noticed me watch her offer him a drink so she then decides to ask if I wanted water. Fast forward two clients come in for appointments and instead of completing finishing my manicure she rushes thru it, stopping in between to start on the lady who came after me. I wanted a clear coat to finish but after seeing how uninterested she was in servicing me I went ahead and just told her I'd get one next time I'm just ready to go. I left and had to go home and finish the job myself. My cuticles still needed clipped and the manicure was subpar in its entirety. I will not return read more

Don't come here. Was quoted $40 for dip nails on the phone. When I went to pay, they totaled it to $55 each. When I asked why the price is different, they said it's because of the manicure portion (hot towel, lotion, etc), that we did NOT ask for and were not given the option to decline. Also charged $5 take-off fee for both of us, when only I already had nails on. Very disappointed with the scam-like behavior from this place. As soon as I put my card in, the man was disinterested, texting on his phone, and could not be bothered to speak to us once he got his money. On top of it, the dip application was not even good, mine are splotchy with top coat and made my sister's cuticles bleed. read more

the location is great if you're a downtown resident or visiting down town Fort Worth. They were super friendly and got me in quickly. I'm a gel polish girl because the dip feels odd to me and I like them short. They took their time removing the gel with acetone which I appreciated. I know some complain because it dries their hands out, but I prefer it to a salon that drills down my nails until they're paper thin. My pedicure was amazing and he paid attention to every detail. My manicure was also really good and relaxing and she did a good job, however I should have asked for her to do a third coat of polish as once I'm in sunlight its still a little see through and not as solid as I'd hoped. I'm super pale and have blonde hair and almost non existent eye brows so the lady recommended dying them. I had done this in the past but not recently so I said sure why not. It was quick, easy, painless and it looks awesome!!! totally crazy how a tiny bit of color changes your brows. Overall I really enjoyed the experience, and my complimentary prosecco. Only deducting a star because I wish the gel polish had been done another coat for the more solid color look. read more

I went here and paid $205 for my nails and feet the man doin my nails I told him it was to short he told me I was wrong then I also told him they were to thin an still he said I was wrong my nail broke the next day I've been out of town due to a family death but my hands look horrible read more

My wife and I came in to get a pedicure. We both selected the deluxe pedicure but we didn't receive the same amenities. My pedicure came with a vigorous massage that included a lot of lotion with an orange peel rub and my wife's technician started to paint her toes before any massage was done. We typically get the step up pedicure just because we like the massage. When we noticed the difference we made mention to her technician who clearly understood english and he made no changes to the experience he gave to my wife. When we told the manager or owner at the front they looked at us as if we were the ones that were the problem there were no apology made, and had no intention of giving us a discount thankfully they did after we asked for one. 10% off. The difference in our toes are in the pictures. Would not recommend. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. For starters there not welcoming upon entering, the lady at the front desk had an attitude and when asking if there's no wait she said no and sat me down and I waited about 25 minutes until getting worked on. She took over 2 hours and just to end up with a bloody big toe because she cut to deep (when I never once mentioned to her I needed a cut or anything on the side was bothering me. For a bill to be $94 and not even get finished worked but yet leaving in pain . Definitely not coming back nor recommend!! read more

Was talked into acrylic for whatever reason when I asked for dip. This isn't even 3 days after. He laid the acrylic OVER my cuticles and they fell off my nails making them appear way much bigger than what they are . I was looking forward to treating myself for once but I could have spent $100 less for press ons that look better than this.. read more

Okay super bougie, I liked it but they took nearly two hours to get me seated and I was seated after a woman who walked in after me. I asked for acrylic and got dip and not to mention the dip came out shitty. I don't recommend letting Wendy do your set unless you want it to be rushed she didn't do the shape I wanted when I told her I wanted the ombré more gradient she was unable to do so and over all my vacation nails where trash. Cindy did my toes and she did them okay just not the way I like my toes done but at least she took her time to do her best. read more

Love the salon!!! This past Monday 11/14/22 was my 1st time visiting and sadly will be my last!! The nail tech Alma was nice and very patient while I chose my color, she dod a great job, but today 11/17/22 my polish started peeling off!!! I have had gel nails before but NEVER had this to happen. And its happening on more than one nail. Now I have to go pay someone else to fix someone else's mistake. Sonny is the nail savior!!! I was on a business trip and broke one of my nails and not only was it awful to operate with a weak finger, it looks very unprofessional for the world that I work in. I walked into this location with no appointment and he immediately sat me down to fix my nails. The prices here are also very reasonable what I wanted and it came with a complimentary drink which was even more of a joyful experience. I came in with a French dip with my own natural nail underneath however the last nail salon that went in California perhaps did not make them strong enough as Sonny explain to me some of my other nails where we can bound a break. He was quick to solve my problem without hurting me and quick to give me the natural element nails that I desired. Had a pedicure today. It was clean and bright. Loved the drink menu (even though I didn't imbibe - too early), but it was efficient and the nice lady did a nice job on my fairly basic pedicure. I went to Ziva for the first time during my lunch break because a client had mentioned it was right down the street. Although the salon was very neat and clean, the staff was not very inviting. But the main reason for the 2 star was the finished product. I had dip on my skin, a bleeding cuticle, and uneven shaping of my tips. Keep in the mind that I had to pay an extra $5 for a standard coffin shape. I do not recommend anyone visit this salon even if it's convenient. read more

Love there is a nail salon downtown Fort Worth! I walked in on a weekday around 5. The space is open, clean and inviting. Everyone working there was warm and friendly. Many manicure and pedicure options, which is nice. I had a manicure and pedicure a week ago and my nails still look amazing! The hot stones and hot towels with the pedicure were such a treat. Comfortable massage chairs that are easy to navigate. I did have to sit and dry naturally, I wasn't offered dryers or light to assist in drying. I wasn't in a hurry and it all worked out. My friend also loved her nails! The ladies were so sweet, considerate, and worked diligently on my nails! So glad it popped up when I did a search. Had an amazing Lavender Pedicure by Kimberly, whose foot & leg massage was heavenly. They even have rooms for private parties. I am from out of town and played the roulette wheel of rando nail salons-- Ziva was closest to where I was and while I had minimal expectations, they were exceeded! The 2 girls next to me were super high maintenance and needy-- loud, all of the things. The pedicure technician warmed up quickly when she realized I was friendly. The manicurist was super sweet and had "fun nails". I'll say I don't always treat myself to this, so I wanted something different and "fun". I asked about them and changed my mind (upcharge) to something else than I originally planned. She was super nice and chatted me up just enough. The hand and shoulder massage were incredible!! As was the pedicure. I will DEFINITELY be back next time I'm in town visiting my friend. Thank you Ziva Nails for a wonderful experience-- one that has been rare with nail salons. The ambiance of this place is so pretty with all the pink, the nice pedicure chairs, the roses and pink caribou feathers, all the "couture" touches. But what sterilized the experience was pre choosing your services with options. While I see how it helps it keep things transparent in terms of billing (walking in with designer items doesn't encourage staff to jack up pricing like at other places), it didn't allow for customization or upgrades for my daughter's kids pedicure. She has no callouses or dead skin like us dried out adults but pre teens enjoy a little upgrade! I asked the front desk staff and after they looked into it, they confirmed that a kids pedicure has zero option to upgrade to a lavender, lemongrass, couture etc experience. Pumice stone and sugar scrub was all she could get in the kids pedicure. That was a bummer because she was visibly disappointed and I was not about to pay $65 for a lavender pedicure + $20 gel upgrade for an $85 gel pedicure for her little baby toes. I wouldn't even do that for me, and I have some mean callouses to work off. Complimentary cocktail was included (I got the cotton candy champagne, forgot the name) and you got to choose that beforehand which was cool, and they had a variety of alcohol and non-alcoholic choices. Just wish there was a bit more flexibility with options here. They have a points system and bday discounts which is nice for locals. The place was absolutely poppin, busier than I've ever seen at a normal regular nail place so clearly they're doing something right for their clientele! It just was disappointing because I know my regular nail place would customize whatever I needed for my girl.

Each of the last three manicures I had included no cuticle prep. They just filed the nail plate down, put on the dehydrator, and did the dip. My actual nails were completely ruined in the process. I have strong nails that I take care of, but after the last few manicures I was left with extremely thin, weak nails. I actually had to take SIX WEEKS off of having anything on my nails so that I could grow them back out. That's how bad of shape my nails were left in. My biggest complaint is that, after coming here for over a year regularly, Jimmy didn't even know my name. He stamped my final punch card entry and it seemed like he had this moment of realization that he had no idea what my name is. Not going to lie - it stung! I got my bridal nails done here! I brought my friends here! I told my patients about this place (I'm a chiropractor - people look at my hands constantly)! And the guy I talk to every visit didn't even know my name. HA!
