We had to drive backwards out of the lot to get out because multiple cars took it upon themselves to park around the curbs and our vehicle is too big too get through the tiny lot with them there. The playground was a bit outdated, but still being enjoyed by many there are bathrooms and covered picnic tables which is great if planning a family day. The bathroom's definitely needed attention and didn't even have toilet paper. The dog park area was clean and also had extra bags to pick up your dogs business if you didn't bring any. Nice walking area around the park as well.

They have bleachers and lights for night games, and building dedicated to snacks. The fields have grass infields and they are definitely "broke in". The are well kept considering they are not professionally kept, but mowed and managed by parents throughout the history of the league. The fields feature scoreboards but they could use some sort of PA system. There's nothing like having your name announced when you come up to the plate. I visited the fields recently for the 10th annual TOPs tournament which features 9-10 yr old all star Little League teams from District 2 and other Little Leagues nearby. It's the 3rd one in 3 years I've attended. I think it's a great little tournament for players of this age. Five days of baseball and on with your summer!

I spent a modest amount of time in many elementary schools, both as a pupil and educator. The teachers here are young and still have life in them, they have yet been drudged and hit by the constant reminder that test scores matters more than the student. The older teachers seem to have assimilated to the state and federal mandates. I dont blame them, poor souls. Not much of a mix of diversity, mainly Hispanics. Calling it how I read the data. They have updated this park since a lot of the previous reviews. It was cleaned, maintained, had open restrooms to use by the ball fields. The playground is now the soft recycled tire material and there is a little section for sand and water play. They have swings and 2 sets of fun equipment on the playground to climb on. I loved watching the local birds. Mountain views and surrounded by nice natural desert landscape surrounding. Very nice and quiet. We spent about 3 hours playing.
