He also gave me advice on brands to consider, based on his history with repairs. He answered my question about whether buying refurbished models is a good idea. It's a small place, where the front does minimal sales of accessories and pushes hard on Asurion's monthly coverage plan - but respectfully. The staff keep it clean, it has seating. You won't feel uncomfortable standing or sitting. The service was fairly quick for the repair I needed. And they got my old iPad looking brand spankin' new. The parking lot is small because it shares the small lot with other suites in the strip mall. If I needed another repair, I would highly consider a return to this location.

I went back to the shop and was told that the tech who had worked on my phone had left and I would have to come back the next day!
