Excellent experience - we came for brunch on a Sunday and made an 11:00 reservation. We were seated…read moreright away, but be aware there is not table service. You order your food and drinks up at the bar/counter area and then they bring the drinks and food to your table when it's ready. This did not matter to us, it was just as wonderful of an experience. The only thing I think would've been nice was to have a carafe of water & glasses on the tables. Other than that, didn't matter! The vibe was cozy, the music was a little bit odd for a Sunday brunch I think like soft jazz or something would've matched the vibe better but it was still enjoyable! The food was absolutely incredible & so were the drinks!! It was hard to not order the whole menu quite honestly. I would definitely come back here in a heartbeat. The staff were all incredibly kind! Parking was easy (though it was busy), there is a large lot. Definitely need to make reservations in advance for Sunday brunch!

Yes, it's a cute, creative concept architecturally, but the lighting was too dark for Sunday noontime. And the food and especially brunch fare were nothing special. Carb heavy and very few healthy options, although plenty of exotic drinks. Why not just be a bar and not try to be a coffee bar/cafe? Coffee was decent but not outstanding. Nothing but plain bagels available and my scrambled egg looked like something out of a Dr. Seuss story. Oh well, I did a taste test and found it WAS actually edible. My friend enjoyed her Korean Bowl, so that made the trip a success. The bathroom is the true test of quality in any culinary establishment. Fancy hand soap, Very clean, but no toilet paper or paper towels. I had to ask.

Found Gypsy Kitchen on Transit Road, I mean to make a habit of going there often from here on out. The coffee is legit. They clearly know what they're doing with espresso. Also grabbed a bite to eat -- food is fresh, not an afterthought. The space is comfortable without being pretentious. Good seating, good light, not loud. I've worked remotely from here, met up with people, and just sat solo -- all work. Free wifi, easy parking, the whole thing. Open Tuesday through Saturday which works fine for me. Staff is friendly every single time, remembers regulars, doesn't rush you out. If you're in Lockport, Niagara Falls, or anywhere in WNY and searching for a local coffee shop that's actually worth it -- this is the answer. Not a chain, not a compromise. Just really good coffee in a spot that feels like it belongs to the neighborhood. One of the better finds in Western New York honestly.

The decor is super unique, they have different areas with different decorations. I wish I would have gotten more pictures. They have a bakery case, multiple options. They have loose leaf tea as well as espresso drinks. I really liked the coffee options. We split a sandwich and got the bean side. Very good. Clean individual bathrooms. Plenty of parking and seating. Kind service.

This is the consummate family diner: Cup & Saucer is incredibly affordable…read more We go there every Sunday morning and with tip a family of four can eat for less than $30. It's good value too as my wife and daughter can get two meals out of the orders (leftovers). The best deal in town is the $1.99 spaghetti on Thursday nights. Meatballs or the delicious meat sauce add a little to the cost, but if you want to take the family out for dinner without breaking the bank, this is the place to go. It should be noted I have a soft spot for places that serve burgers for breakfast as they do. Not everyone is a breakfast person and some earlier risers (like me and local farmers) eat lunch when everyone else is just waking up. Vicki and Dana are the owners...they're good people as are regular staff like Birdie and Larry.

We were completely ignored by the waitress who was sitting at another table talking to someone so we sat ourselves. A man came over and bruskly asked for our drink order, no smile on his face, no " hi, how are you today? " When he took our order we were informed they wanted to close early and made us feel like we were preventing that from happening. Felt very rushed throughout the meal. These were the RUDEST people I have ever dealt with at a place of business. The food is average at best and the service is horrendous! Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this joint!!! There are far too many excellent restaurants in Niagara County to waste your time and money here.
