Since then, this might be my 3rd branch in Washington alone (I tend to move a lot...) and I'm glad I came here before I saw the reviews that probably would have scared me off. I originally looked up and booked an appointment here for my husband who refuses to go to a doctor or dentist when he's in pain and they were able to get him in and when I went inside to pay for his visit, they got me to book an appointment for a cleaning (Lord knows I was well overdue for one because I have the worst teeth issues since I was young). My husband has a female dentist at the time but I was scheduled with Dr. Jason Byun. Anyways, I've been here for maybe a little over a year now with my regular cleanings, deep cleanings, more major procedures and every time they have all been so kind and they really listen to you when you're describing the issues you have. And when you're someone like me with a history of problems... it's really nice of them to genuinely care for their patients. Today I went in for another cleaning and Leila was just very knowledgeable and helpful answering questions as to what is happening inside my mouth rather than the usual "make sure you brush your teeth and floss". Like I said in the beginning of this review, every Modern Dentistry branch I've been to in multiple states has always been so nice.

Prior to coming here, I did my research and found that this office had won many awards for the best in dentistry. My experience with this practice was great. This office was beautiful, had new equipment, super nice staff and was run by someone with lots of experience and knowledge-Dr. Motorsola's practice is a very special place. I also really liked the cute little crab who was living in the beautiful fish tank located in his waiting room. Dr. M is really skilled, patient, experienced, considerate and hard-working. He even called me back after hours just to answer my question before I was even his patient. I would not hesitate to recommend this office and this dentist for any procedure especially more normal visits like cleanings, fillings/crowns, bridges, veneers etc.

Their quality of care truly shows in the best ways from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, so accommodating in every way. My 92 yr old grandma goes here as well and recommended them to me which speaks volumes, if she loves them and can be comfortable from start to finish you know it's a great clinic I just have to add that the doctor actually listened to each problem that was brought up, did not try to get me spend or do more than what was necessary but actually broke things down into steps and estimates, so I can do what's best for my oral health on my terms. He actually took photos of my teeth (in addition to dental radiographs) and reviewed everything with me so I could understand exactly what we were talking about and the problem spots. Thank you again for an outstanding first visit! I look forward to scheduling the rest of my dental work with this clinic and would recommend them to anyone! Was…read morereferred to Alderwood Endodontics and saw Birkin Owart on 8/1/24 and had a chaotic root canal experience (my first) which ended with a file getting stuck in my tooth ('file separation'). Dr. Owart specifically admitted his mistake during the procedure. I was told to immediately go and try to get the tooth extracted and start the process of dental implant. I then received a call the next day from Dr. Wu that she would be back from vacation in two weeks and could redo the root canal then. this series of events was very confusing, so there was no way I was going back to this place. I hoped that they would assist in some payment of the high cost of the implant, but claimed they had no liability for the botched procedure. So I'm out of pocket thousands of dollars. Don't go there, whatever you do.

The best dental office ever!…read more I initially took my mom here right after she moved to the area because she was experiencing pain from an acute issue. Mandy was able to get my mom in quickly and I am so grateful she did. My mom, who is a senior, and who has had really bad. dental experiences her whole life, and has always been afraid of going to the dentist, was treated with love, respect, and warmth. I think my mom almost cried when she left because she could not believe how kind the entire team was to her. We went back for several follow up visits and the team only became more wonderful and caring. She literally looked forward to every single time she got to go because of their character and quality of care. After seeing this experience over the last few months, I switched to their office as a new patient as well. I had an incredibly wonderful visit, with everyone from Mandy at the front desk, to the hygienist to Dr. Tremblay. They truly care about their patients, provide all the information you need, and are truly one of a kind practice. I genuinely cannot recommend a dental office more highly. For anyone that just appreciates a good dental care team, to those who have been afraid of the dentist for years, this is the best place around!

He sees things my reg Dentist who also can do implants didn't even see. Dr ALTMANN is who found this out he's the best. If you want some really good looking oral surgeons you might wanna go to OM3 . My regular dentist who referred me there asked what DR I saw after my 1st apt and I said I don't know the cute one lol... My dentist laughed and said well that would be all of them bahahahha !!! And no I did not just get off the laughing gas but for real you Gotta make reviews a little fun and hey it's the truth. I have had Many procedures done at OM3 along with my kids over the years or decades. The first time my wisdom teeth and then my daughters and a few other situations. Next stop Dr Altman will be replacing an implant that was placed decades ago it took multiple dentist not to see the problem however leave it to a specialist and one of the best to spot something that should've been found by my dentist years ago. I even told my dentist something wasn't right with that implant since I have two of them one on each side Both placed decades ago. This is why you always should go to a specialist they see things that some dentist are just not trained or their x-rays don't show. So I see Dustin Altmann he is such a great guy...... very down to earth, excellent bedside manner, always right on schedule, & genuinely cares about his patients. I defiantly recommend OM3 and Dr Altman. I did see one of the other doctors I think it was Dr. Brady many years ago but I'm now Dr Altmanns patient. They do require a referral from a dentist but prices are good and they are very well sought after Oral Surgeon's not to mention they have three different locations which will allow more flexibility. The nurse while they were putting stitches in my mouth or while they were numbing me was rubbing my arm to distract me. What a sweetheart. I just can't say enough for this great place and yes all the doctors are easy on the eyes lol As for the office staff oh my goodness they're all just amazing. Trey who helped me schedule everything was awesome and it was kind of fun seeing him at both the Smokey Point and the Snohomish location!! Thank you to all the amazing staff and doctors for genuinely caring. The call after surgery that night is the sweetest and they're very proficient finding out benefits and coordinating everything with insurance.
