The jelly inside is seeded raspberry. It definitely tastes very sweet and a little artificial. Not the best jelly donut I've ever had, but not horrible. It was filled generously. The filled maple bar was very sweet. The glaze was maple-y enough. The filling wasn't too sweet--tasted and had texture of jello vanilla pudding. It was filled from both ends. The blueberry matcha had this nice rich blueberry jam mixed in with cream that actually has a good matcha taste. The mango one was really fresh--this one was my favorite. Although they aren't cheap at about $6.25 per one, they were definitely delicious. It seems like a family run business that puts a lot of care into their products though. I'll be returning but maybe more as a nice treat rather than a regular go-to.
