Made an appointment online for 1pm. Had to wait 40 minutes to get started. When I said something about the wait, he said sorry we double booked. It seems every time I make an appointment, there is at least a 30 minute wait. Very frustrating. The pedicure was just ok. Spent very little time on the calluses & massage. Was finished in 15 minutes. Nail trim is crooked. This has always been my go to but may need to find another place. read more

I called on a Saturday they were able to make an appointment later that day. The owners are wonderful. She taught me all about the cat eye polish. I was treating myself to a set of dip nails, to help mine grow. (I am horrible with names) but the lovely lady who did my nails did a great job. She really spent time making them look amazing. I was in awe with them prior to the cat eye paint. Then, she painted them and I felt like a princess. originally my nails looks so cute and they actually did a really great job with them, i however was a little suspicious when my acrylic nails lasted 4 weeks without even as much as chipping. you may think "that's a good thing!" but it is not. i tried to soak them off and ended up ruining every single nail on my hand because this salon used mma instead of normal acrylic powder on my nails, thus ruining them. not happy. read more

I arrived at my scheduled appt time and was told to wait 5 minutes, that was fine. Then I was told there was no one available to do my full set and pedicure gel. Finally, after 10 minutes, one of the technicians started my pedicure, she did the absolute worse on it. From the water being cold (after I told her to warm it), to her not knowing how to do a fill in on my big toe nail, to shaping my toenails crooked, to painting part of my toes with the gel polish. Then I was over charged for my pedicure and full set. I usually go in every 3 weeks and get the exact same thing done, but somehow it cost me $147 today when I usually pay $84. Fast forward to my full set, Sophia did mine. She was going so fast as if she was in a rush, the tool she uses for the cuticle, she had it on high and it burned my nail. Ouch! A group of 6 people walked in, and she kept looking up at them while doing my nails which caused her mess up my nails. Again, she shapes my nails uneven. She did a poor job on polishing my nails as well. Usually when I go here, my experience isn't THIS bad, it's not the best but for sure never this bad until now. read more

I called on Wednesday at noon to check if they could take me in for a gel manicure. They were able to see me at 3:15pm which I was more than happy for! I was skeptical because of the mixed reviews but the service I received speaks for itself. I initially went for a gel manicure but Ann suggested I should get dip because I had a couple of chipped nails. Also, I was offered a drink upon being taken to the station where I would be getting my nails done. Overall, it Ann was 10/10, great experience and I will be returning! read more

Well I called yesterday to ask if I can put my name down for 6pm. She said yes that will work I asked if she needed my name and she said no it's ok just come in. I walked here and had plans after so it was very very very inconvenient when I checked in at 5:43pm and one hour and twenty minutes later I FINALLY got called. I wish someone would have greeted us walking in for one. And two, let me know that I won't be helped till after 7 so to come back instead of waiting and waiting and waiting. Wouldn't return again. Also my nails are terrible chunky and looked worse than my original nails coming in. Quite embrassed to walk around with them so i'll go somewhere else to get this fixed. Don't reccomend. read more

They don't post prices on their website. I would assume that a dip powder included a manicure but with this salon, it doesn't. They charge $44 for dip then an additional $15 for the manicure. Then, the pedicure I chose on the chart that I was handed said it was $38 but I was charged $52. So you don't know what you're going to be charged. On the plus side, it's a beautiful salon, recently renovated. I just don't want to spend $111.00 before tip to get a mani/pedi. read more

I was there to get a regular pedicure and when the technician called me, she sold me on getting a gel polish pedicure because it lasts longer and was better for my nails. I did not know there was a $15 up charge. However, the technician (Lee) was thorough and personable. She gave a good foot and leg massage and pedicure. read more

I got a dip manicure. This was my first time in the salon so I made an appointment. Unfortunately, the nail technician was very aggressive with my cuticles and filing down corners that it resulted in pain and tenderness over two days still after the appointment. My pinky nail is still occasionally bleeding at the base. She did a great job making sure the dip color was smooth. However, she was complaining that my nails were too short when SHE was the one filing them shorter. I do not think I will return. read more

Just got a French manicure with dip. The nails look great! However, she only did my nails. There was no soaking, no cuticle maintenance etc. She had me put first done hand in front of a space heater. Then when second hand was complete she said I didn't need to put that one in front of heater. What? Like I said, my nails look great. But part of getting a manicure is to make all around the nail look great too. Very disappointed. Costly but I did tip well. I have been here a few times before. I came in for just a polish change and asked the associate if she could do ombré red to black for me. She removed the polish and offered to shape my nails. They looked so much better by the time she finished filing them alone! She tried a couple different techniques to do the ombre before she was happy with the results. I've never had issues with this place until tonight. They overbook. Tried to make an appointment yesterday and they set me up with an appointment for 6 pm tonight. Got here 20 minutes early and an hour later, still waiting to be seen. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be ignored and waste a lot of time. If I could give no stars I would. The first time I made an appointment, I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and had to reschedule. When I went back the next day my appointment was at 11 and they got me right in a chair for my pedicure. The most expensive pedicure with paraffin wax and hot stones was almost $80 (which is INSANE) and it took her almost 2 hours to do it and charged me an extra $30 for a french (that's $3 per TOE). Next, I showed long coffin nails with a simple design on them and the lady looked at me and said no she couldn't do it. I asked if there was anyone that could, and she said NO. So, I sat down, and she did a half a$$ job on my nails (older lady with short black hair), they are thick, NOT even, and they are a LONG SQUARE shape and NOT coffin. She squeezed my fingers hard and was super rude pulling my hands across the table while nicking my cuticles with the drill. She also charged me an extra $40 for a french tip that she painted, and it was CROCKED. I paid $190 for this trip that took 4 HOURS and will NEVER go back again. This place is crap, DO NOT recommend. read more

Went in for a gel mani and they sold me on the dip powder. Told the lady I'm Growing my nails and want to keep them long and she proceeded to file some my nail down while leaving some long which pissed me off. I've got nails now of all different lengths ( some are uneven as well) and it just looks bad. Didn't do my cuticles or anything. Just took off my old polish and started dipping away. Maybe that's the way they do the dip powder but I will not be doing that anymore. read more

May 2019 Update I recently went back to the Nail Crew and was very impressed. We barely had any wait. It seemed the atmosphere was a bit more relaxed. They were not rushing through any of the processes. I left feeling like I went to a completely different nail salon (it was more like how the nail salon use to be). Great service, friendly people, and clean establishment. Thank you! My recent experience July 2018 was not great. The last two visits have left me checking reviews for a different nail salon. The last few visits I have received pedicures. It seems like they are rushing through each process as fast as they possibly can. After each pedicure I have noticed mistakes in the polish and another skipped over several steps of the pedicure. They are quick to ask about additional add ons, but they are not even going through the full process on the basics. This could be that this is their busy season, but I'm still paying the same price for a service that is not being completed. I don't know if I will be back or not. They use to be great and I always left really happy with all of their services and work. Now not so much. read more
