When I first entered the store, I said hello to the first girl. No response. Not even a smile. My daughter showed the other girl a pic of a dress on her phone and asked if they had any in stock. Exact words, "if we do, it's on that wall." pointing toward the back. Next, when I found a similar dress, we needed help getting it because it was high on the wall. She immediately came over and demanded I not pull on the dress because I was going to tangle them. I am in my 50s and never been spoken to like this from a young girl. I was barely holding it out...just enough so she could see the size we wanted. I responded by saying Yes M'am! and proceeded to tell her she needed to work on her customer service skills. We left after that. Windsor, be careful who you hire. No one wants to deal with sourpuss attitudes.

There were tables of 10 and approximately 200 plus guests started to enter around 5:30 today! This beautiful designed restaurant truly was the perfect venue to host and serve every person who paid $88 per person! The DJ played music while Platters and platters of amazing dishes were placed on each tables lazy Susan! I cannot tell you what the dishes were but my photos will show you what was served! Seems like the never ending stream of one platter after another impressed all of us with their plating and taste! While all of us were dining on exquisite dishes, music were playing, then the moment of truth arrived for our anticipated guests. Gabriel 海俊傑 came out singing from the back of the room to screams and clapping while he made his way to the Stage! It was designed to the nines! He sang song after song and truly made his fans go wild with joy! It seemed like every camera phone was filming and focused at the stage! The room was in a total frenzy and the girls and women would grab him for photos and videos! I have never seen how much he was loved and adored by the audience reactions! China Pearl staff was so professional and made all of us have such a memorable night..... Gabriel 海俊傑 kept singing and moving around the whole room satisfying all who wanted to take his picture! Even at my table of 10, the 6 women at my table could not contain themselves by clapping and raising their cameras to capture him on stage then they managed to walk closer to the Stage and many managed to join him on stage while he serenade each one and their smiles were from ear to ear plus you could see how red and excited by blushing like teenage school girls! I loved it, especially capturing it on video. To experience this phenomenon was like watching a Rock Star in Concert! Yet, the whole room erupted with hands clapping and screams and Gabriel 海俊傑 kept singing to his fans! It was amazing that China Pearl pulled off a performance and dinner for all these guests flawlessly! I definitely will have to come back just to enjoy their amazing cuisine! Price is reasonable for proximity to Boston. Packages, especially during covid always make it to me. Office staff especially Amanda are outgoing and responsive. They go above and beyond especially as I work later into the night. Maintenance is prompt and polite. They have done good job enforcing the covid protocols so I feel safe here. Would definitely recommend. I haven't been able to take advantage of pool or other amenities outdoor due to winter so looking forward to that. I think most importantly I'm comfortable here especially while working from home. Thanks!!! PS I'm surprised at the bad reviews although that's the internet for you. I've had zero issues and as for the price. Look at close you are to Boston. You'd be paying 4K for same place. I have no axe to grind and waited 3 months to write a review because you just never know. My heat wasn't working on a Sunday the first night I moved in and they brought me a heater. Guy was incredibly nice and did everything he could. They fixed it the next day. Thank you again.

I had tires installed by Sullivan Tire, and about a year later one wheel developed a bead/rim leak…read more At first, I simply added air every so often and didn't think much of it. As time went on, however, the leak became more frequent, and eventually other wheels began showing the same symptoms. When I finally removed the wheels and inspected them, I found that three of the four wheels had very similar issues. All three had bead leaks, and the leaks were occurring at or immediately adjacent to the clip-on wheel weights. Two of those wheels also had additional bead leaks in other areas of the rim. I also noticed that old adhesive residue from previous stick-on wheel weights had been left on the inside of the rims, which made me question how thoroughly the wheels had been prepared and balanced. I've owned vehicles for over 30 years, and while I understand that a single tire can develop a rim leak over time, I've never experienced three out of four wheels developing nearly identical bead leaks. One leaking wheel could easily be normal wear or coincidence. Three wheels showing the same pattern, including leaks right next to the clip-on wheel weights, made me question whether there was a problem with the original tire installation, bead preparation, wheel-weight installation, or balancing process. I brought my concerns to Sullivan Tire because I felt this pattern deserved a careful inspection before assuming it was simply normal wear. Instead, I was told I would have to pay to have the wheels repaired. I was disappointed that the possibility of a workmanship issue wasn't given more consideration before asking me to pay again. Because I no longer have confidence in the original installation, I now have to take my vehicle to another professional tire shop at my own expense to remove all of the wheel weights, inspect the wheels, clean and reseal all four bead seats where necessary, and rebalance all four wheels. I don't believe a customer should have to pay a second time when three of the four wheels develop the same type of problem after the original installation. At the very least, I expected Sullivan Tire to thoroughly investigate the repeated pattern of leaks before asking me to pay for additional repairs.
