I have a POC that needed replacing and was given a window of time when they would deliver the replacement. I made sure I was home during the time window. 1. The driver attempted the delivery well before the delivery time window. I had specified that I would not be home before the window. . 2. No one from the company reached out to me to say that they had attempted the delivery and missed me. So I sat at home fore the entire delivery and only towards the end of the window when I called to check on the status did I find out about the early delivery attempt. 3. Now the delivery will be attempted in TWO days. This isn't a pair of jeans being delivered it is medical equipment. So waiting another two days will impact what I can do until I get the replacement. I find this completely unacceptable. Hence my rating. All they had to do was do what they said they were going to do. read more

Needed an oxygen concentrator fixed. Called the number more than 2 days in a row. No one answers the phone. How can a company exist and not answer their phones?? I called the "complaint" number and it was busy. I chatted with a robot it seems. Three times I was cut off. It would not take my complaint. I needed a replacement concentrator. Louis picked up medical equipment my dad no longer needed that was issued by this company . Louis was courteous, kind , and very pleasant. Our interaction was very brief but in that brief interaction his words were all kind and very professional . Today I had a bad experience with my concentrator machine I was visiting my mom and the machine wouldn't work properly I called the customer service number got a hold of a representative they helped me quick!!! thankfully I was helped by a very nice and kind guy name Louie I'm so thankful he was able to come to my location in the after hrs he was very helped full he explained step by step what I needed to do and he made sure i understood what I was doing not only that but he made sure my son was breathing good and that the machine was doing its job he was very respectful had great customer service thank you so Much Louie read more

After my previous post and experience was so disappointing. I have a more satisfying review and interaction. I was recently called by a kind, funny and efficient Quality Assurance representative by the name of Kim. We discussed the matter of my only having half of a cord. We also reviewed the call with the less than empathetic customer rep that refused to help me. She stated I had every right to request my complete needs for my portable oxygen machine. Kim's kindness and understanding made me feel seen and heard. Plus she got me what I needed. She called me to affirm that I would receive it in a day and I did. I truly and grateful for her help and kindness. Thank you John and Kim. Blessings to them. I hope the other young customer service rep has learned from this. read more

I have tried for two and a half weeks to get someone to return my call just to ask questions and re-order cpap supplies. I would call the "re-supply department," be on hold for 15-20 minutes then a message would come on stating "we cannot take your call, please leave a message." I have left several messages and have never received any return call. I know that someone is getting the messages because after leaving a message, I get an unsolicited email the same day to "rapid order" my supplies. The email did not address any questions I had such as my cost share, which is why I wanted to speak with a PERSON. I finally called their main 800 number and get another department and ask for a supervisor...from which, the customer service representative had to wait FORTY FIVE MINUTES herself to get a supervisor. Aileen, the supervisor was able to place my order, informed me that I would receive my supplies via fed-ex the next day. She could not provide an answer when I asked if not returning calls to patients and waiting 45 minutes to was the typical standard of care for this company. Being a healthcare provider myself, it is absolutely unacceptable to deal with the quality of service and care this company provides. There are patients who will not wait 45 minutes, will just give up trying, not get their supplies and then be labeled as a "non-compliant patient" simply because this company did not do it's job by simply returning the patient's phone call or having people available to answer questions. After 4 years, this will be my last order with this company. I'm having a new order for my supplies written to a different company. Negative 5 stars...bye. read more

I understand that insurance companies, physicians and oxygen suppliers have a lot of work to do in order to interact and make patients comfortable in as short amount of time as possible. I've been a long term client and don't believe I've been terribly demanding. I recently needed to upgrade the oxygen compressor to a higher flow unit. Louie answered the call. He brought me a replacement unit after hours. He installed the device and hauled away the old unit. He demonstrated to my wife and I how to use the unit and was extremely helpful. I felt cared for and serviced; not just a "client." People like Louie are fabulous brand ambassadors and will keep me coming back to SuperCare Health for my oxygen needs! read more

I'm based in Riverside County and everybody I've encountered at Supercare health over the past year have been professional and helpful. They ensure my daughter has the supplies she needs with weekly oxygen refill calls and an easy re-ordering process. I have even had a few issues with the equipment and they came out after hours which was at least an hour commute to help and provide the needed replacements. Horrible place. Absolutely horrible. I didn't even want to give them a star. My son needs oxygen. They said we have a portable concentrator. Concentrator, we returned a while back ago because it did not work. It never worked. So now my son has to hold his fucking breath all the way up to LA. And the lady and the gentlemen that I spoke with both gave me fucking attitude. Don't fucking sass me when you guys took the concentrator back, it's not my fucking job to know where you put it. I'm just trying to help my son breathe on a way to LA a 3 Hour Fucking drive from where I live. I just got out of the hospital and had to call Super Care Health because my consintrator wasn't working properly, the lady at customer service was very nice and took care of my problem, I explained I would not be home until after 6pm and they close at 5:30, she said a technician would be there between 6 and 8pm, the tech that came was Louie, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, he even gave me a new cart for my tanks because my old one was broken, I never asked for a new one but he took it upon himself to do that for me, he's welcome in my house anytime, I'm very happy with his service. read more

This company is the worst I have ever tried to work with. For the past 6 weeks I have been attempting to confirm the status of equipment and feeding supply orders for my 94-year old mother and after interminable holds and random transfers (to another representative after the first rep said he/she was checking on the status of my order) I still. Have. Nothing. It's always "I'll send an email to get an update" and someone will call you back. If I had a proverbial nickel for every time I am told I'll get a call back I could probably buy this god-forsaken business, burn current operations to the ground and re-build it as a functional operation. Upon arrival, Louie swapped out my father's equipment that was malfunctioning, and verified his other equipment was functioning correctly as well. when i ordered resupply of my son's tube feeding formula, they did not tell me they needed a new order from the doctor. they waited for me to call again after a few days to let me know what was going on that they were not able to reach the doctor. we ran out of supply and had to get it from amazon. read more

I called in for refill on oxygen tanks weekly order they want to reduce the amount of tanks they give me per week, without talking to my doctor and with my rejecting to this, they have been supplying me for six months great but today they decided to change the Amount of what they've been supplying me with. I have been abused by this company for a year now. They have a rude answering service. Their phone system regularly keeps me on hold a minimum of 10 minutes. They replaced my working with no problems oxygen concentrator machine with a machine that constantly shuts down at all times of day and night. They replaced the unit multiple times with the same make and model and same problems. I asked them to bring back my original machine and said they would, but never did. My machine went out Sat. and I couldn't get anybody until Mon. I will be looking for another company. read more

Have never been able to get my cpap settings fixed so I can use my machine because you guys suck!!! You cant even put a real human being on the phone to call me. I keep getting those stupid robo calls which dont flipping work!!!! Maybe one day you will read your reviews and actually give a damb enough to fix even one thing about any of your robot systems that dont work like putting real human beings with actual customer service skills on the phone. This company provides the worst customer service, once they get you signed up with a CPAP machine. They tell you that your equipment comes automatically ever three months. Then a month before it is due they start leaving recordings, but they never answer your retun call. When you finally get in touch it is the excuse they have not heard from the doctor. Then a month later, after you contact the doctor they tell you again, you have not heard. Way too frustrating dealing with them! They charged us for services that were not delivered and that they billed late, and then turned me in for collections for a twenty-five dollar copay, which Medicare said I did not owe! read more

I had to call for a refill of my oxygen tank today expecting it will be a complicated thing to do but I spoke to a Customer Care person name Chrysti wow she was amazing and super helpful it's seem like the easiest phone call I have ever had she made sure I had what I needed and more she over looked all details of my current situation and gave me the beat advice made sure got my refill date set and extra equipment just incase there was power Outage and made sure I had new 25ft oxygen cable and explained everything with detail she was never in a Rush to end the call even provided me with Emergency oxygen contact info just in case I need a same day refill and even a pick up location just incase I cant wait for a delivery just I highly knowledgeable qualified customer care person I hope to bump into her again CHRYSTI FROM RIVERSIDE SUPERCARE 10 stars rating on her service read more

The other day my grandma had some O2 along with some other equipment delivered to the home . The rest of my family hadn't arrived from the hospital when a tech by the Name of Jesse C arrived . As I watched him bring In the equipment I began to feel over whelmed with the amount of knowledge I was going to have to 1 retain and then 2 relay to the family . However , as soon as he began the first set of instructions I knew this dude knew what he was talking about . He explained every set of directions by taking his time and making sure to answer any question I had . Which to my surprise wasn't that many , he was just that good ! Haha. All in all 10/10 experience . We look forward to continuing my grandmothers care with you guys ! read more

My review is not necessarily for the company but the representative that came up with a resolution that worked for all parties involved. There were several representatives that attempted to assist me. However, between the breakdown in communication and lack of courtesy, it went no where. Supercare Health is not a bad company but some of the representatives need additional training in putting forth every effort to make sure the client/patient gets what they need whether immediately or at another scheduled time. Communication is key. The representative that is outstanding is: ELENA SERNA. She was extremely patient, professional, compassionate and worked diligently in making my needs/concerns happen.
