Gave me a little break and waited until I was comfortable going back in. I had two scans done. One for my back and one for my shoulder. Also, My new doc is challenging his finding and saying they are basically wrong. I wonder if anyone else has had the same thing happen? I'm sure they both know what they are doing. I just think Its wild that my doc don't agree with anything the radiologist found.

The receptionists checking in I have not had a good experience, they never want to check me in or acknowledge that I'm waiting to be checked in. They will sit their behind their computers not saying a word or get up and leave. I'm apprehensive about coming here because of that. I met with Erica who patiently listened to my concerns and immediately went to work solving the issue. She was patient and so empathetic while furiously making calls and checking stock for my wife's medications. In no time she has a solution and literally saved my wife from a serious health scare. While waiting there, I watched as she worked with many other customers and each time showed the same attention, care, and empathy, along with the entire team being wonderful with each person they interacted with.
