I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. I went to this shop last night because a tire sensor came on in my vehicle. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing, but that was the earliest I could make it after work. I could tell the staff was rushing since it was close to closing time. The technician quickly put air in my tires and told me to come back if the sensor came on again. The next morning, my car felt off -- I could actually hear something wrong with the tires. I returned, and they simply added more air and said I might need a new sensor. They never even jacked up the car to inspect it properly. I decided to get a second opinion at another shop (700 X Street), and they immediately found not one, but two nails in my rear tires (and yes I saw the nails being removed) I'm frustrated and disappointed because my family has trusted Quick Fit for years, but after this experience, I no longer feel safe bringing my car here. Found these guys on Facebook. Quick response on messenger with a quote. Didn't know when I wanted my tires switched out but decided to call back on a Monday to see their availability within the next 30 to an hour and to my surprise, they said come in. They had my exact tires in stock. Showed up and had all 4 tires switched out, an alignment , and my spare switched under an hour. People here are great and nice ! I also called back the next day because after the alignment , my steering wheel was quiet off . They said to come on in, and so I came in on my lunch break since I work close to their location. They had my car all fixed up in less than 30 minutes at no charge ! Service here is amazing, people here are very nice . Would def recommend to my family and friends ! I had a request to keep my 2 good tires and my lugnut was not strong enough to be torqued by the airgun (its lightweight aftermarket about 1 -5oz? Very light). He made sure to do what i requested, my car is lowed and it couldnt went over the ramp for alignment without taking the front bumber off and i requested to do it for them because i really need an alignment, I would've been turn down by most shop, they gave me the tools to do so and i couldnt been anymore happier my commuter is now driving straight. read more

I brought my Jetta in here while running on my spare to replace a tire. I had the tire with me - brand new. All they had to do was swap the bad tire off the rim. They said within the hour - so I told them I'd be in at 12:30 to do it on my lunch hour. I arrived 15 minutes early - just in case. They had the tire in their shop and then took the tire off my car on the rack. THEN THE GUY WENT ON BREAK AND LEFT MY CAR WITH THE SPARE OFF, THE FLAT TIRE OFF THE RIM, AND THE NEW TIRE SITTING ON THE GROUND. By 1:30 he comes back and says he'll get to work on it. Gee thanks, I told you I was on my lunch hour and his reaction was that taking his lunch 10 minutes early was more important than me. I had a pretty unbelievable tire change on Saturday 10/2. They gave my car back MISSING 4/5 LUG NUTS. I had an appointment through Goodyear tires at 9 am for a tire change. I arrived around 8:50 and got my car back around 10. I noticed my tire tube caps were missing on a tire and asked them to provide those, as they would cause air leakage over time and I expect those with a tire change. Definitely forgivable mistake but it should have been a red flag. I drove 1/10 of a mile down to Autozone and noticed my car was thumping from the right side. I asked the autozone employee if he saw something wrong and he noticed I had 4/5 lug nuts missing. The first picture is the wheel missing those. I walked back to QuickFit tires and told the guy at the counter. They drove me over to my car and put 4 lugnuts on. We drove back to quickfit and replaced the 5th lug nut. They checked all the tires again and the alignment. The second picture is the new lug nuts and the third picture is what the original lug nuts look like. The employee explained that they switched to cordless drills and someone didn't notice the battery was low & caused the lug nuts to be loose. I did get an apology but I'm still so shocked and upset that this happened. It's unacceptable to let someone drive away missing even one lug nut, but four is insane. This was a huge mistake that could have seriously impacted my car and been dangerous to myself. I gave them a few days to reach out after the incident because it seems like they really care about customer service, but I haven't had anyone reach out. I just thought they might give a better explanation or acknowledgement of such a dangerous and negligent mistake before I had to make such a scathing review. read more

They live up to the name. Theyre so quick they don't check all they're work. Went in to get tires and they didn't check the stem tightness and my tire went flat willing riding. Went back to them and they said they didn't check them was making excuses about why they don't work with spokes. Then they said the best the could do was give me a new tire at whole sale. I had purchased a set of 4 x 4 tires from this company back in 2019, they said they give a lifetime balance and rotation for free. I drive my vehicle very seldom, I called them this summer 2021 and told them that I bought tires from them and was inquiring about a balance and rotation. The person who picked up the phone said yes we do lifetime balance and rotation. I I also wanted to purchase a alignment since I recently had done work on my truck. I understood that they would charge for that and that's fine I was committed to giving money to the business since I bought tires from them before, however the following weekend when I brought my truck in, and I did call prior to arriving which again the person who answered the phone said yes we do lifetime alignment. When I arrived and greeted them to discuss what work I wanted done they looked at my receipt paperwork and said oh you bought the tires too long ago we have to charge you. I won't be coming here ever again.. 3rd time now an issue. First time gave me a used tire that had a fast leak! 2nd time had me wait 20 mins just to tell me they weren't sure if they'd get to me.. 3rd time went for a fix a flat.. all seemed fine until I came home and went to leave a few hours later and my same tire being completely flat like it was before I took it in. Oh yeah and when I called about 8:10 (8am posted open time) I was told they weren't open yet until 8:30.. pulled up at 8:20am and they where working on TWO cars with people waiting.
