I called at 9:30 AM and was told they could mount and balance my tires immediately for $25 per tire. I didn't leave until after 12:00 PM. On top of that, they attempted to add an extra $5 per tire for valve stems and charged $32 for tire disposal without clearly communicating those costs upfront. I was also told I'd receive a call when the tires were finished, but no one ever contacted me. I ended up waiting by the garage door and had to track someone down just to pay, which still took another 10 minutes. I had an appointment today 3/20/26 at 10am. I show up 5-10 mins early store was not open. I waiting around for 20 mins and called 3 times with no answer. Still nothing had to end. Drove over here for no reason it seems like because shop never opened and it said they open at 8:30 am. I never got a call about rescheduling if they were gonna be close. This not good business. I took my truck to this shop and had the worst experience ever. I brought it there to fix the transmission. When I got the truck home the gear shifter just fell. They tried to say they didn't touch the linkage which has to be disconnected when you take out the old transmission. They scratched my rim, after I told them MANY TIMES when I first brought the truck there. They are expensive rims and they were told many times, they were going to do an oil change but didn't and left my truck with pretty much no oil. Had to get an oil change somewhere else. I came in to get a tire alignment and oil change. Shortly after I left, my check engine light came on. I stopped and checked my oil and it was EMPTY! NO OIL IN MY VEHICLE AT ALL! Then the magnets on my tires are falling off! When I brought my vehicle back to them so they could do the job I paid for, they denied responsibility, refused to reimburse me for the oil change I had to pay for after I already paid them to do it or fix alignment. read more

Do not be fooled by the reviews like I was. I suggest to go elsewhere at all costs, and especially if you value your vehicle. They are run by rude and unprofessional people who take no accountability for their work. I brought my own set of tires and $2,000 wheels to get swapped out, and they were returned to me with all 4 wheels scratched and/or damaged. I called the shop back and brought to their attention only 2 were damaged since the other two were already previously dinged. Haven't yet told them what day services were performed, the make or model my vehicle, through the phone, I can hear the staff tell someone else,"It's the girl with the bmw." Clearly, they already knew it was my car and I. Next day, I brought my car in, the first associate that i spoke with, i showed the damages to. After we walked back to the building, he rudely pulls the BUSINESS door shut behind him even though we were clearly following him back into the shop. At this point we had yet to ask for a mere refund or to get the wheels fixed, and they were already giving off hostile attitudes even though we were nicely and calmly informing them of the damages. The second associate comes out and simply said, and I quote,"Our machine is great, so we not do this. We never do this to customer." Anyone who looks at the damages clearly can see that the damages were done by the tire equipment, and internally as they swapped it. He denied all damages even though I was nice enough to only bring to their attention 2. After 30 minutes of denying the damages, he proceeded to suggest," You go to Autozone and buy marker." The least they could have done was refund the services, but I was told, "We not refund or pay for it. You go to Autozone." One could only imagine being told by a tire shop that also sells wheels to use a touch up marker on your own $2,000 wheels. He proceeded to try to explain literally nothing but gibberish to us, acted like he didn't understand what we were saying when no words were needed to explain the clear and prominent damages. These "professionals" refused to recognize that, clearly, their equipment had damaged my wheels, and did nothing to compensate for their damages performed. Learn from my infuriating experience. Take your vehicle elsewhere because they do not and will not take ANY accountability for damages they make. From a business and car community perspective, they are extremely unprofessional, play stupid, and take NO accountability for their damages whatsoever. read more

My tire absolutely blew while coming down the mountain from Southlake Tahoe. We put the spare on and made our way to Sacramento when I was on yelp and found this tire spot. It was already getting pretty late and they were one of the few that was open still. We had stopped at two other ones before but neither had my tire size in used tires. Tires are definitely priced good. As for quality the are ok. The warranty is garbage so don't expect them to replace your tire or fix it. Urgent Tires was our hero today! My other 1/2 and I have a job in South Shore Tahoe, it is supposed to blizzard during our job. We just put new back tires on our car last week and got an oil change yesterday. We were all set!! About an hour into our trip to tahoe in Sacramento area our tire light went on and did not turn off.. we ignored it at first knowing our car should be good to go! A few miles later it was convenient to pull over to a gas station to check it out seeing if a nail or something was in there. While checking the air my other 1/2 noticed our front tires were bald!! I was not interested in dieing today, so I started calling tire stores for our tires that are kinda tricky to find to begin with. First Les Schwab of corse, they told us they for sure had them in stock and to come there, we went over there just to find they did not have the tire and would sell us tires "like them" epic Fail LS! Then I called another store to find other brand but the same size.. completely frustrated by this point I called Urgent Tires! Honestly I liked the name it sounded like they may be able to help. I needed urgent tire help. Urgent Tire ordered our tires , had them delivered and put on our car within 2 hours!!! I've never had this go so fast, especially when dropping in for a emergency tire situation. These guys charged me less for my tires than the last two I bought last week and were completely awesome!! I paid $2200 to get a noise fixed on my car and only left with a high bill and still the same noise from that i went in with. Then they tell me they fixed it but then say they don't know what it is. Went back 3x until I was like forget it I just have to bite the bullet on this and never coming back. Also brought friends car to get same issue done during my time and they charged $600 to not fix anything. They peri much will put new brakes on your car and say they fixed the tire reason you came in. Oh and don't get new tires, cuz they will be just really good used tires that they cleaned. Would give negative stars if i could "Don't go to this place" Went to this place yesterday to get a used or new tire and the guy put a damaged tire on my car and charged me $50 when I got home took a look at the tire. Mind you I live down the street. The tire had chucks of rubber gauged out of the tire and it was tore around the side wall so I tried to call but no answer even tho they didn't suppose to close for another hour. I go back and they were closed so I left a message and never heard back so I went up there the next morning and the guy patched up my old tire with 9(nine) that's right 9 hole which is illegal so after three other tire shops told me they should have never let this tire back on the road and by law it's not legal. So I called to let them know and they cursed me out and hung up on me three times although I wasn't even mad about it just wanted to let them know. To sum it up had to go somewhere else and buy a new tire. If they make a mistake they will make you pay for it and never acknowledge their mistake. They basically charged me $50 just to get cursed out and lose a day of work cause I had to go else where to get a new tire. There is better shop within walking distance of this place. How lucky were we. We had a flat tire (mighty suspicious cuz it went flat fast) and had to wait 90 min for AAA and then got our spare on and was gonna go to River Bend Park and on the way, we saw this place!
