Another great stop at Sunriver Brewing...this time at their newest location in Redmond. Nice place and ambience. Lots of seating inside and out. And lots of off street parking. The menu is most pizza and a small selection of handhelds. I got a pizza and wife got the smashed burger (with a gluten free bun). Both were great. The pizza sauce was mild in flavor, allowing the flavorful crust to shine. And, there was plenty of garlic (was the crust rubbed?). A full selection of house beers and cocktails. The service was good. You do order at the counter. We can imagine coming back here. read more

We swung into here our first night in town and grabbed pizza and beer and general tsao cauliflower. Pizza was simple but great and crust was really good too. We had a sampler of beer and both decided that Thorns and Udders stout was the best and had a glass of that. Wish this beer wasn't a seasonal and local thing, would love to be able to get it year round and local to us. Cauliflower was good but not as impressionable as when we had it a few years ago in Sunriver. They have a patio that is really nice that dogs can go to and it has a nice fireplace out there. They also have a kid area inside for younger kids to play while parents are socializing, this did make it a little louder but it was all good still. The service is decent, but it is counter order, they will bring food to your table. read more

Came in for a brew with some family. This place is a really nice family place to go. It's a great location too as nothing else is really close by. So maybe the only place around really. I got an IPA, pepperoni pizza and the pesto fries. They were all really good. You have to go up the counter and order and they give you a stanchion with a number and they will deliver your drinks and food to you. They have a really nice water station to get your waters, utensil's and condiments. The pesto fries were delicious but they were not as hot as I would have liked. The pizza was good but the cheese was super chewy. Other than that it was delicious as well. It's a great place to take your family after a football game. I think my pizza was $16.00 and it was a pretty good size pizza. read more

We have visited Sunriver brewery in Sunriver so thought this would be a good spot for food and drinks. We ordered the chicken Caesar salad and the General Tso cauliflower. The salads were small and not that great. The cauliflower was good. I would stick to drinks o my at this place. read more

It will be another two weeks until Sun River Brewing Company - Redmond will be officially open. When we drove by yesterday we noticed people eating at the patio tables. Today it was too cold and windy to eat outside; but, that did not keep us from trying out the new neighborhood pub. Our first impression was: Wow! The place was full and the line to order was to the door. It took about 10 minutes to get to the register to order our food and get our table number; but, not very long to be served. I am still on my mission to find the best fish & chips; so, I ordered, a pub standard, fish & chips. This did not disappoint. This is the best fish & chips that I have enjoyed in the greater Redmond area. It very much rivals the fish & chips you get along the coast. The chips (fries) were very good and easily passed the Good-When-Cold Test. The coleslaw, ketchup, and tartar sauce were average. There were two negatives: the chips were too salty and I could not find any malt vinegar. The pizzas and burgers that we saw on other tables looked good. We will be going back; however, because the prices are approaching $$$, it will be limited to maybe once a month. read more

Staff were all friendly, food was great and it came out quickly on a busy Friday night. We got the ceviche, creamy garlic pickle pizza and fish & chips. Loved the crispness of the pizza crust and that the pickle pizza wasn't overly salty, will definitely order again. The fish & chips were awesome, huge piece of fish, cooked really well, you could tell it was good quality. While I love Sunriver beer, I was craving a margarita, they make a great one. The fries are great and the wings are pretty decent. The quality of the entrees my group ordered (smash burger, pizza, fried chicken sando) was about like McDonald's, as was the service. It's a shame because the Galveston location in Bend (which had a completely different menu) had one of the best burgers in Central Oregon. If I ever go back it will just be for beer. read more

We have had great pizza when Sun River Pub first opened several weeks ago. BUT very disappointed last night with the Margarita Pizza, not much sauce, very little tomato , low on cheese and crust was burned in parts. Our friends had the Combination Pizza which was better than the Margarita but not near as good as before. Management needs to watch what's going out of the kitchen and have staff trained properly before letting a 22 year old run the kitchen. We did pick these up and take to our house for cards n pizza , all four adults were disappointed. Our friends stopped by last night on way home and complained, they felt better when they were offered full refund. Cost Sun River Pub about $37 When we ate the two visits the business was so loud we had to leave once. Sound acoustics need installed when all concrete , steel and other hard building materials are used. Let's hope owners address the issues to keep the business thriving. read more

We were stoked for Sunriver to come to Redmond but it's mediocre at best considering their food options and atmosphere for their other locations. Think glorified fast food! There is no table side service, you walk in and order food and bevvies at the counter. They do bring you your food, but water, silverware, sauces, napkins and bussing your own table is choose your own adventure. Very sterile, industrial vibe which some people dig. You really can't beat the view though, and the 'servers' are personable! Let's talk food. I ordered the Brewhouse Salad which was equivalent to a large soup bowl of mostly greens that could have used a rough chop. With the added, probably 3 oz of grilled chicken it was a very basic salad for $19. I appreciate the Oregon sourced ingredients, but guys. The whole hazelnuts. Give em a quick chop or buzz in a blender or smash with a frying pan. I was chasing those little Oregon gold nuggets all over the bowl like the ghosts chasing PacMan. I got one really nice bleu cheese crumble and that was it. Personal preference: needed more dressing. If I'm paying that much for a salad, I want all sorts of delicious toppings in every bite. My son devoured the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, which was more sweet than hot. But tasty. My husband got the order of wings (qty basic sized 8), pretty basic and needed more sauce. Even though it's not listed on the menu, you can order a side fries! The fries were nice and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Quite salty, but again personal preference. The menu does not have a la carte sides listed, nor pizza size and zero indication of a protein for the Caesar salad. I'd be surprised if you can't add some protein. They have a great Sunriver brew variety, and same with cocktails and mocktails. Their pints are $7 each which compared to other local pours, is on the pricier side. The tropical hard seltzer was quite refreshing on a 90°+ day, same with the classic Fuzztail. Unfortunately we were not impressed enough for the price point, and probably won't venture that way anytime soon. read more

Plus the folks who work there are so friendly & helpful. Bonus! They are next to Bonita Gelato & Back Porch Coffee. Redmond is getting great restaurants, cafes & pubs. This place is FANTASTIC!! The food is delicious! I especially like their pizza and their Monday pizza and beer special is a great deal. The staff are super friendly and make me feel glad to be there! Went and had dinner last night about 630. We took it for takeout because there was no shade and we had taken our dogs with us. I wish they would put up umbrellas outside. I know that they have some kind of sun shade up, but it doesn't shade anything. Also the food was not very good at all. I ordered a large soda for takeout. It was four dollars and the guy put it in a 12 ounce cup and told me 16 ounce drink one in it. I paid four dollars for that also I ordered a salad. I had two pieces of blue cheese on it And a couple of hazelnuts in it. The Smashburger that my sister ordered was decent except for the onions, taste of the slimy was not impressed with it at all. We only live a couple of blocks away very disappointed. Don't know if we'll go back anytime soon. read more

The menu that is online and the menu that they actually have are 2 different things. You'd think since they're brand new that they could get it right. There was several items I saw on line that I wanted but nothing really that I wanted once we got there. We were going to go elsewhere but decided to give them a try anyway. Got the pizza. It was average at best. There was next to no sauce on it. I did enjoy the mushroom cake, a take on a crab cake, but made with mushrooms instead. The accompanying little salad that came with it was nothing special but it was ok with the one cherry tomato that came with it. With their real menu, there's nothing about their menu that would draw me back there. read more
