We contacted him and discussed our needs and desires for a home in Bend. David first sent us a list of possible homes within our price range and then helped us to organize our visit in Bend. He helped book accommodation at a hotel in Bend at a good rate and then met us at the hotel the day after we arrived. We were unfamiliar with Bend so David first gave us a lay of the land. He showed us around town and then gave a tour of some different neighborhoods that we might like to buy in. We clicked well with David and quickly found him to be friendly, personable, patient and helpful. We toured houses for two days and finally had a good crop of places to bid on. David was very helpful during the bidding process and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We eventually won a bid on a house and came up to Bend a second time to meet the sellers and sign contracts. The process was made simple with David leading the way. The house was a new-built and we went overseas for the next few months while the house was under construction. The whole time we were away David stayed on top of the process. He visited the construction site several times to take photos of the house as it was being built. He dealt with the builders on our behalf when issues came up and decisions had to be made about different options on the house. Finally he went to pick up the keys for us when the home was complete. Then when we got back to Bend, David was there for the walk through and continued to help out with suggestions and recommendations as we moved in. On Thanksgiving he even turned up on our doorstep with a pumpkin pie! Most importantly, David was good with communication. Even though we were overseas he was able to respond to emails night and day. When we had issues with the builder he fought on our behalf and worked as a mediator. He was also very open, straight-forward and easy-going. Working with David was a very good experience and we were pleased to have found him. Six stars!

And so it was with the two purchases David helped me with. It seemed like the negotiations were never ending and the details endless. Even so, I never had to push him to do anything. He's a total self-starter. That was true even after closing. Technically speaking his job was done, but he continued to help me with getting contractors out there and whatnot. That was especially important since I don't live in the area. David is a consummate professional. Hire him already!

The moment they had what they needed from us, their attitude completely shifted. Communication became rude, dismissive, and honestly, unprofessional. It felt like we went from being potential residents to a complete inconvenience overnight. They were more than happy to show us a run-down property on the outskirts of town--something that was barely livable and definitely not worth the price. But once we asked real questions or needed follow-up, they acted like we were bothering them. The shift in attitude was so blatant, it was insulting. If you're considering renting through them, be warned: the fake kindness disappears fast, and you're left dealing with a team that clearly doesn't care about the people they're supposed to serve. If I could give zero stars I wouldn't even do that.

We several times considered firing her, but we were so stressed and exhausted that we couldn't bring ourselves to have to start over again. Sinda once bragged about being called a "bulldog." No. She was more like a nasty little ankle-biter that you just wished would shut up and go away! I hope she's gotten professional help since, but at that time, she was absolutely incapable of forming and finishing a single complete, coherent sentence. Her constant blathering was headache-inducing. She also utterly refused to ever listen to me. She announced one day that she was going to come over and weed my front flower beds. I told her in no uncertain terms that no, she was not: That I would do it myself. She then showed up the next morning and attacked our front yard. We weren't even aware of her presence until she started up a leaf blower and blew a lot of our bark mulch out into the street. She had also left a lot of weeds and pulled out some of my very expensive perennials instead. Before she brought the photographer to get interior photos, she said she was going to bring a bunch of cut flowers in vases. I told her no, that my husband has severe allergies, and she was not to bring flowers. She and the photographer then showed up the next morning, a full hour before they were scheduled to, and she immediately went to work bringing in cut flowers in vases and arranging them all over my house, ignoring my protests. The idiot later had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to keep her stupid flowers. She would call and immediately launch into one of her barrages of incomplete, incoherent sentences, blabbering incessantly, then ask what we thought. About what?!?!! And during one of her in-person nonsensical blabbering sessions, as my Sinda-induced headache grew worse, she actually turned to me and said, "Oh, I know this is hard for you to understand." Then continued babbling about whatever it was she thought she was conveying. Do I recommend Sinda Hanson? Not in a million years. Annoying doesn't even begin to cover it. To this day, just thinking about her gives me a headache all over again. AWFUL!

" I asked since we are looking for an agent to assist with a new home purchase. Her response was "my number is on the sign. Very strange since I've never had anyone in any sales position be so unfriendly and uninterested in our business. We will continue our property search with another company.
