First I would like to address the staff - they are not only the friendliest I have met, but also very supportive and instructive to those who are not as familiar with the beds and those that have used them for years. Secondly and what I feel is very important, is that while you feel they "ha ha, we have your money now, tough luck," let's look at the other side of the coin. Those sessions you purchased - points or not - never and I mean NEVER expire. So many of the people coming in to tan are just using what they have purchased or accumulated which restricts the salon cash flow somewhat. Where do you think the money comes from when they are short - their own pockets with a small business. Thirdly, appointments - yes they require an appointment and yes those appts fill up fast especially in the months of December through March. You should use common sense when trying to book during these months and call significantly ahead of the time you are trying to book and I'll bet you won't have trouble at all. Fourth and last, the cleanliness of the beds and the facility in general is hands down better than other salons in Green Bay and other parts of the country I have been to - if you don't believe me, try a couple of them. I have been a customer of theirs for about 3-4 years now, and will remain with them because they are the best Green Bay has to offer.

I purchased a month unlimited in the stand-up bed for $65 otherwise it would be a certain amount of points per tan and the teenager working was confident in her words but I felt like she was talking circles & I couldn't follow the points system despite numerous attempts. I'm a 32 year old, college-educated, stay at home mom who is tired of winter so thought tanning once or twice a week in this cold month of April would get me out of my funk!!! During my first visit, I was reading the posted signs and was astonished by the harsh and abrupt verbiage that always included NO REFUNDS ** a clear sign I should have turned around and walked out** I assumed the signs were more for teenagers who might try to bend the rules as any small business I've visited would work with a customer if there was a complaint or something was unsatisfactory. After my first tan, I was not overly impressed but figured it will do. I called on Friday at 9:01am to make sure they were open and was floored that the first available appointment was at 12:15 -- SERIOUSLY!!!!! My hubby had a few hours off in the morning so I ran to the grocery and target and wanted to get in a quick tan only to realize that it was next to impossible for me to tan in a stand-up bed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday!!! I could use a lower level lay down bed but that's not what I paid for and I purchased the more expensive package so I wouldn't have to lay in my own sweat as well as the sweat of the 10 people who used the bed before me. I have to volunteer 3.5 hours on Saturday and Sunday (11a-2:30p) and I believe there's only 3 or 4 open appointments, all during the hours I'm not available ... hence the NO REFUNDS on ALL the signs - once you hand over your money, you find out that they have inconvenient hours as well as very limited available appointments on a daily basis. One would assume a savvy business owner would see this as a great problem to have and purchase more stand up beds, extend the hours, especially during winter and spring OR put a limit of the number of stand-up packages sold... not this place, they basically laugh in your face ... sorry sucker, we already have your money and good luck finding two available appointments that might work for both of us! I'm not sure why they would keep the "boutique" instead of purchasing more beds to accommodate more customers on a daily basis.

The lack of customer service just in trying to make an appointment tells me everything I need to know about this business. I will not be going here if they ever decide to return my messages!!
