Great food can forgive a lot of sins, but unfortunately PB struggled here too. The Yinz BBQ burger had barely the smallest bit of BBQ flavor, and was just flat, one-note and mediocre at best. The Chicago Dog was a mess(see pic), hot dog way over cooked and shriveled up, no poppy seed bun. Yovi's truck does not need to worry about the completion. They were so good and loved the seasoning on the empanada. The gator tacos were the perfect size, the gator had a nice crunch and the slaw added another level to the taco. This Jelly Belly smash burger uniquely contained pork belly, muenster, jalapeno-apricot jam, peanut butter, and peanut crunch. As I ate this burger, it dripped all over my hands, and I had to use hand wipes to clean my fingers. However, it did taste good.
