That was such a good call because that mayo is amazing. The employee made sure to check with me to make sure I knew it was spicy and then told me that all of their sauces are made in-house. As a major condiment fan, I love that and they even gave me a side of the Hennessy mustard on the side to try. It's good and the Hennessy really hits you upfront but doesn't linger in the aftertaste which was nice. They have a ton of options for both vegans and omnivores alike so I'd certainly recommend stopping by and trying out their menu. The staff said that of all the restaurants in the plaza they had the most vegan options which is cool! There are pre-assembled choices as well as ones that are customizable.
