There's league tournament that ends around 930pm. There is a line that's and it takes about 40-60 mins to get a lane after that. They don't have cosmic bowling I think but that's okay. They have a small cafe attached and a small arcade as well for other entertainment. Pretty easy to use computer system to enter names and have small list of themes to make your bowling scores pop out and easy to read or fun to see. They don't have other TV's for sports to watch while your waiting which is okay for me.

Overall, the place was clean. They did have lots of lanes to choose from although they did pack us in lane by lane by lane although lots of lanes were open which I wasn't a fan of. The concert was at the large pool Saturday night and it was awesome! We were up front in the 3rd row and we could almost touch the band! Great venue! Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my play, I estimate that I cycled well over $100,000 through slot machines before being contacted by a host. As a player, I viewed that call as a sign that the casino valued my business and wanted to build a long-term relationship. For this stay, I was offered various comps and encouraged to visit the property, but I was left to handle most arrangements myself. The spa was fully booked, there were no cabanas or daybeds available at the pool, and communication was minimal. I expected more proactive assistance and planning, especially for a family stay and anniversary weekend. What disappointed me most was that being assigned a host actually made me feel less valued rather than more valued. The expectations of VIP service were set, but the experience did not match those expectations. After leaving M, I checked into Aria and immediately noticed a difference. There were dedicated VIP services, better communication, convenient poolside ordering, and a more polished guest experience overall. At MGM properties, I have also been able to walk into the host office, ask for a review of my play, and receive assistance without difficulty. That level of accessibility and responsiveness is what I expected from a host relationship. M Resort is a beautiful property, but management should take a hard look at its host program. A great host should strengthen a player's relationship with the casino. When the service falls short, it can have the opposite effect and leave loyal customers looking elsewhere. My issue was not with losing money gambling--it was feeling that after significant play and being assigned a host, the service did not match the expectations that were created.

While I cannot comment on the chicken dish my wife had, as I didn't try it, she thought it was cooked well and tasted good. I can say the portion size in the chicken was quite large, so that was a plus. Overall the Mixed Grille is your typical country club golf course hang out: the food, while it has improved, still has a fair way to go (pun intended).
