Everything was perfect. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, the staff and leadership team showed us so much compassion and care. Communication was excellent every step of the way, which gave us peace of mind when we needed it most. Being a repeat family to this establishment and two services being 3 months apart, it was so upsetting the way my family and I were treated while grieving my mother. A family should not have to go through extra stress on top of what they are going through. The funeral director we were appointed did not help things go smoothly nor did she handle situations the way they should have been handled, sad part is location manager knew everything that was going on and still we were allowed to be treated the way we were. I lost time with my mother the morning of our good byes time I will never ever get back. Because of an over sight that was not ours. It's sad that grieving families dealing with so much already can be treated badly, to go as far as to bribe you with a family car because of an over sight and to confront a family a minute before the rosary is about start to basically tell you, it didn't matter what you paid for things were going to go the way they needed them to go because of an over sight they made. My poor mother being moved from room to room, upper management only made things right after it was brought up we had a binding contract we had signed. So disappointed in this funeral home. read more

Called this place after my sister passed and the phone rep was very helpful. Made an appointment for the following day at 10a. Family and I show up and the receptionist says the director, Mr. Joseph, needs to get the services paperwork togethe and will be "right with us". Twenty-seven minutes later we were still in the lobby with no update or anything. My fam and I thought, "really? How long does it take for this funeral home to get their cremation paperwork together?" It's what they do! And there were no other people in the lobby. No other cars in the parking lot. There are a million things to take care of when a loved one passes unexpectedly (not to mention the grief) to be left waiting by the funeral director felt awful, dismissive, like we were unimportant. And real talk, funeral services of any kind are expensive. Direct cremation at this place starts at $2,695. We felt so unattended to and decided this place was not getting our business and that my sister deserved better. My fam and I thanked the receptionist and asked her to tell Mr. Joseph that his inattentivness and not being prepared was the reason we were leaving. We ended up going with a local family-owned funeral home where the funeral director met us at the door and cost $1000 less than this place. read more

This was a terrible experience. The persons I dealt with were very impersonal and insensitive. Details were left undone, questions were not answered. Military service of my uncle was ignored. Their biggest concern was their payment. I requested a meeting 6 weeks after to express my concerns and there was no apologies or remorse shown. No signs of feelings or sensitivity. The only responses was the the front door being held open for me to leave. Please don't go through this same experience. Choose another facility to assist you during this difficult time in Mrs Pope I did make an appointment with you and I did sit down and express my concerns. You again showed no emotion or concerns for the errors made or our feelings. You were even quick to walk us to the door and hold it open while we finished our business at the front desk. read more

Couldn't be more disappointed in my decision to use this funeral home for my baby niece's cremation. They started off very friendly and helpful until they received payment for services. After that, we were given the runaround day after day and the cremation date was pushed back several times with no explanation. We were told the cremation would happen in 2 weeks, but 2 weeks led to a month and what they said was the final date was pushed out another week (again, with no explanation). Unfortunately, we had the baby's memorial planned that day as we expected to have her ashes. We had family coming in town that evening and had to postpone. Did they call us? No. My sister who lost her child had to call daily to get updates on the status of her baby's remains. As a funeral home, you have ONE responsibility and that's to be there for the family during their time of grief. You all did the exact opposite and caused our family more grief and pain. All my sister could think about was her baby's body lying in a refrigerated morgue. Your mission states you offer compassionate funeral and cremation services, but we didn't feel that once throughout the process. I hope no family ever has to go through what we did. I do NOT recommend this place. Take your business elsewhere. read more

When I recently attended a memorial service and I was displeased with a number of things at the service. 1. Who ever was working the slide show was not up to speed on how and when it was to work. First the screen went up and down a few times, distracting every one, and then there were error messages on the screen covering parts of the photos. 2. The A/C just could not keep up with the crowd. When I first arrived, early, it was cool inside but as more people showed up it got rather hot. 3. I asked if there was any water for persons feeling the heat and I was told that they had a water fountain. We could not all get up and go to the water fountain. Why even Discount Tire Stores have bottled water for their customers. 4. The microphones must not have been working because many people told me afterward that they could not hear or understand what the pastor said. Work needs to be done to correct these types of conditions because people in a time of sorry should not have to endure additional problems. read more
