I also told her that while it was windy the night before, it wasn't THAT windy to blow a 65" television 6 feet in front of my driveway and rip the side of the box open. She said she'd schedule a pickup for me, and I thanked her. I also told her I will have to somehow move it out of my driveway and that it will be difficult to do since I'd just had hip replacement a month ago. I'm seriously hoping they come by today and do their f*ing job. They keep adding fees and increasing costs and they need to earn it. I arrived a little after 3:45 PM before closing, but was denied service. If the actual cutoff time is earlier than what's posted, it would be helpful and more respectful to customers' time to clearly state that. A notice indicating a 3:45 PM cutoff would help avoid confusion and unnecessary trips. (I went to two different Sunset Recycling down that were down the street from each other and I was denied at both of them)
