Quick, safe and simple. Would go to again. When there, grab a mesh bin for plastics and a trash bin for glass

I just wanted to leave a good review about a nice young man named Jesse Camacho who works for…read more trash company I had so much things on my mind today that I forgot to take the trash out. I went outside because I saw a trash vehicle out I told the guy are you guys picking up for which trash the recycles the gardening, because the regular trash already came through around 6:30 in the morning and I missed it. He responded that they just pick up special items like refrigerators old stands couches. I said so what is the best option for me to do? Do I call the trash company and tell them that I forgot to take my trash out and maybe a Driver could come by and pick it up later on or what should I do? He asked me if it's just trash. He's like I can help you out. Let me reverse back and Ill take care of getting rid of the trash for you. I know it's the Driver's job to pick up trash, but he had a particular agenda where he only picked up special items. It was my fault. I missed the trash man earlier, and this young man went out of his way paused his progression rerouted couple houses down to get my trash. I told them thank you so much and I really respect that for going out of his way. He said it was no problem and I have a good Fourth of July weekend. Great guy I told him that even though to him, it was not a big deal, but I told him to me. It was a great action and a very positive one. He helped me out a lot since I had a lot of trash that needed to get picked up, but because of a good mannered, hard-working young man who went out of his way, just to help just another random person. I said I'm gonna do a review on you give me your name first and last which he gave to me. Wish me again another happy Fourth of July weekend and went on his way. I wish there was more people like him in this world which they are just haven't met them quite yet. you have a great employee on your hands so be aware of his positive potential for your company and thank you Jesse once again.

Charging $10 every single time to drop off cardboard--regardless of whether it's a few boxes or a…read morefull load--doesn't make much sense. Cardboard is one of the easiest materials to recycle and already has resale value once processed. From a customer perspective, it feels like we're being charged just to provide material that contributes to your revenue. Many customers already pay for waste services, so this flat fee structure is confusing and discourages recycling. Can you explain what the $10 fee actually covers, and why it doesn't scale based on volume?
