First of, I've never written any business a bad review. So this is not something I just do. They damaged my car. They tinted my window, I payed, I received my keys and as soon as I walk out the door, someone's hit my car. The person who was driving the other car was an employee. She tried to drive away. I got in her way and asked her for insurance. She wouldn't give up her insurance and the manager said as long as the keys were in my hands, they are not liable, although the manager himself parked my car. It's not about my car. But it was the way they treated me which was unpleasant for any human being, let alone a regular customer. read more

BMW recommended this place. Have to say The price is reasonable and that comes with half ass job. Complain about the same 2 windows that have dirt in them. Instead of replacing them, they used the same ones. Guess what dummy, The dirt is still there. Many excuses such as wind, water is dirty, it's normal to have some specs in the film. They won't make it right so their lifetime warranty doesn't mean anything. Don't recommend if you have high expectations. read more

I took my car in for tint. Made the appointment several days prior. I was told when I made the appointment it would take 1.5 hours. When I came in I was told three hours, so I paid for an uber to starbucks and still hadn't heard anything three hours later so I ubered back. My car was still parked outside. Went inside and was told I would have to reschedule for a different day because I had a free voucher from Towbin Kia so my car was put last even though I was quoted a time. But if I wanted to pay for the tint instead they could do it sooner!!! Had anyone said anything to me about the voucher meaning I would have to be placed last DESPITE my appointment I would have never come it. I told the person on the phone and when I checked in that I had to be to work by 6, which was a full 4 HOURS after my appointment time. Ridiculous. I will gladly pay full price elsewhere. read more

Horrible experience, they did my window tint in my car and instantly I saw scratches in the windshield, when I asked Sergio he said that was normal " give it one week and it should be fine " after 2 weeks the scratches in the windshield never get fixed so I called Sergio again and he told me to take it back to the shop, they supposedly open at 9:00am" the first person get there at 9:10am he told me Sergio don't take long to arrived I told him I just spoke to him and told me he was on he's way, at 9:30am the same person told me that Sergio was not coming, THIS BUSINESS HAVE A TREMENDOUS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, I would never recommend it, LIFE WARRANTY WINDOW TINT IS NOT TRUE. read more

Initially when I dropped my car off, no one was at the front and pressing the buzzer it took a little bit for someone to come to the front. Was referred here by a friend, and more specifically to a man named Sergio. I have a 2001 Trans Am and anyone who knows those rear hatch windows knows it's a pain in the ass to tint. Was quoted $240 at another shop and came here to check it out. I wanted the 2 front windows, the rear, both T-Tops, and a glare strip across the front all in 5% limo tint. Told Sergio and he quoted me $210 (would have been cheaper but had to remove old tint). More than happy with the job and would definitely recommend! read more

First I will say Prices are lower then all other places we had check BUT that comes with the horrible customer service! I had an appt for 10am and was told it would be about 2 hours. 6 hours later and my car is still not finished! Also I was quoted one price when I made my appointment and then about 3 hours after I had dropped my car off they text me saying it would be more then what they quoted. They did honor the original price they gave me after I got upset with them. Needless to say I was not happy, and would have rather paid the extra $100 to have a different company work on my car. read more

i do not recommend this place, go somewhere else! i just purchased a new car and had a voucher for window tint. i called... they told me to come in at 330. i got there early, about 315ish. the vehicle wasn't even pulled into the shop until 430. one hour after my 330 appointment. the voucher was for standard tint - i wanted the ceramic solar guard film so with the voucher, it was an extra $170. i was told the service would take about 2 hours... it took about 7 hours total... i'll explain! the first visit i spent 4 hours there, no one ever came to let me know anything.... just sat impatiently waiting, finally done. i opened the vehicles door and first thing i noticed was tint trimmings all over the floor.... water run marks/spots on every door panel/dash.... a knife on the driver seat that could have easily came open and cut my seat. they didn't bother covering the dash or panels to prevent this. they don't care, they don't clean up after themselves in hope that you will return in a few days and purchase their car wash services. there were bubbles on every window - i was told wait a few days and if they don't go away than to bring it back. i waited 7 days & took it back. my only concern was the driver side rear window, very rear back window & front visor strip. they ended up taking the entire tint off the driver side rear window.... came back to the lobby 10 mins later & told me the ceramic film was out of stock... (another 2 hours) very organized. never apologized for their mistake, never offered a refund or even a simple car wash so returned for the third time the next day! there's still little bubbles everywhere... but i'm not going back for the 4th time. it is what it is. if it starts to peel or purple, i'll pay another shop to remove their not so good job and have it done the right way. you get what u pay for ! they only accept cash or theirs a 10% surcharge on debit/credit. if you get a voucher from you're local dealer to sunshade lv... i recommend u throw it away. very unorganized read more
