This is a self-service buffet style cafe for most of the food. You take your place off a stack and service yourself. We each took rice, carrots, lettuce and beans. At the end of this short line, there are meat carvers and servers who will service you your meat choices at any degree of cooking: rare, medium rare, etc. Alice had chicken, and I had beef and sausage. Once your place is filled to your choosing at the meat station, it's weighed, and you're presented with a hand-written receipt with the cost. We ate very well for very little money. Our foods were delicious. There are beverages and a bar. We arrived at Noon with approximately 10 other people at tables. By 1pm there were at least 30 people eating. I formed the impression that many were regulars. The staff are very friendly, and this has to be one of most economical and delicious meals I've had this year. We both plan to return.
