Popped in on Friday for the first time with my partner. The place smelled amazing. I have a bit of…read morea sweet tooth and couldn't decide what I wanted. The staff were so nice. We picked out several items to bring home: a scone, lemon cupcake, chocolate cupcake, a chocolate raspberry parfait, a raspberry bomb, and a brownie with peanut butter icing. We also both each got a smoothie, one blueberry, honey, Greek yogurt and a strawberry banana. Unbeatable flavor with the smoothies. So many different ingredients and the price was very reasonable! The treats were so very good. The peanut butter icing on the brownie was a little too sweet for my taste but omg still so tasty. The raspberry in the parfait was also too sweet (for our taste) but again, the flavor was SO good. I could not believe how tasty all these things were. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for something sweet and gluten free. It's so hard to get a really good gluten free treats around here and this is the place you can get them! This is my new favorite bakery! Also.. LGBT+ love and inclusion. They also do lunch items that I haven't gotten to try yet, but such a reall, REALLY tasty looking menu for those. I'm looking forward to going back and trying more items!

Warm and cozy on a freezing February morning. Had a good gf breakfast sandwich. Bacon could've been…read morecooked better. The tea is from a keurig that also brews coffee so that was gross. Bought a few cupcakes for the way home and they were a little strange, almost musty. Love having safe gf food and options and applaud them on being a safe place for people needing gluten free food.

TLDR: Fieldhouse Bakery came highly recommended as the place in Perth for lunch. It did not…read moredisappoint. Sandwiches were tasty, albeit a bit pricey. The cruffin was decadently delicious. One of my colleagues is from Perth and when I told her my husband and I were doing a day trip to Perth as part of our staycation, she recommended we have lunch at Fieldhouse. I love bakeries, so we followed her recommendation. The place is a lot smaller than I expected. It only has seating for 8 inside (4 tables of 2) and 4 picnic tables outside (so seating for about 16 outside). I got the Chicken and Brie sandwich ($14.75) and added a side salad for my husband and I to share ($5). My husband got the Ham and Swiss sandwich ($14.25) and we also got a cruffin ($5.25) for dessert, but ended up taking it home. Before we left my husband got an Americano to go ($3). I enjoyed my sandwich. The bread was crusty and held the ingredients of the sandwich well. The peppery arugula in the sandwich went well with the chicken and Brie. I was thrilled that the chicken was real roasted chicken breast meat (and not deli meat, lol). The aioli was flavourful but a bit excessive in quantity for my tastes. It dripped onto the plate with every bite, lol. The salad was leaf lettuce, shredded cabbage and carrots. Vegetables were fresh. I asked for the dressing on the side and it came as requested. The dressing was a creamy dressing and on the runny side. I'm glad I asked for it on the side, as I used only about a third of it. I had a bite of my husband's sandwich and it was ok, but I much preferred mine. He liked his better, so it all worked out. His was on a fluffier and softer bread. The ham was deli ham, but it tasted ok. The Swiss cheese was nippy. Service was pleasant. My husband enjoyed his Americano. We had the Brownie Cruffin at home. The pastry was flakey and delicious. The chocolate filling was like a rich chocolate pudding. It was very decadent. Overall we enjoyed our meal, but I found it a bit pricey, but I guess in today's economy, this is what you pay for sandwiches. Street parking only. (125)

YES! Please do yourself a favour and stop here if you're anywhere near Perth, Ontario. Small,…read moresimple coffee shop with lunch options and incredible baked goods. Room to sit and eat there if you like. Their "Valley" muffin was a real winner but quite enjoyed their Ham & Cheese and Chocolate Almond croissants too - flaky, buttery goodness.
