When I entered, there was only one person working, as it was a small but cute space. They had a lot of skin care products displayed, and the waiting area looked comfortable. I was a few minutes early, but she was able to get me started right away. I thought the person who provided my service was very nice and acted professionally. Unfortunately, I thought the quality of the service was a bit lacking. She looked at my skin and said that I needed an enzyme mask, which was fine. I go to get facials so that someone else can take care of me and use their expertise. Anyway, she first did extractions. I counted and she did four... only four. I thought is was strange for a spa that states that they specialize in acne, and I had said that I wanted help with oily skin. Then she put the enzyme mask on and left for about 20 minutes. After that, she returned and did an arm and shoulder massage. It was very relaxing However, I really didn't want to come for a massage, I came for a facial. All in all, I felt that the hour -long service did not include a lot of skin treatment. The place was cute and comfortable, the experience was relaxing, but I don't feel I got much in return for the $115 price tag. I was hoping for more of a skin care experience.
