This place is perfect, I have absolutely no complaints. My friend and I were going to just walk in but because it is a holiday weekend we gave them a call, they were so busy so we made an appointment for later. I came here because I was able to book an appointment right before Valentine's day. When I got there I saw a sign that said "Under New Management". I'm not sure how this shop was before new management, but when I went all the employees were super nice and friendly. You check in on the iPad at the front desk and they'll seat you as soon as they have someone available. I got a pedicure with gel and I had Evelyn, she did a great job, cut my cuticles perfectly and was careful not to hurt me. I also decided to get gelx and my nails turned out really nice and the french tip was crisp. I definitely would come here again. I noticed they had a few walk-ins so I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. Kim is the best. I am from Brazil and we are particular about cuticles, we like them trimmed well. Kim removed my cuticles with precision without hurting me. I have not found someone who was able to do that in the US. She took her time which I was ok with because she did such an amazing job. Also the scrub and oil/moisturizer foot/leg massage was great. Sometimes people do it very fast like 30 seconds but she again, took her time, it was very relaxing. She was very kind and professional. I really appreciate her work and am happy with the result. Got this super cute tiger acyrlic set the other day here. It was actually my first time getting acrylic nails so it was definitely a new experience but they turned out super well! Just look at these lil tiger paws! So cute! I would've shown a picture of both hands (the other is equally cute) but couldn't figure out how to do it by myself lol. Made an appointment for a Tuesday at 9:45am. When I got there I noticed how clean the salon was. The parking lot is pretty small so make sure you show up early enough to find parking. May did my pedicure and it came out absolutely perfect! She really takes her time and pays attention to detail. The other staff were kind too and asked if I would like anything to drink. It was pretty slow when I was here but I'm sure they probably pick up later in the evenings on weekdays. They have a huge selection of colors for dip powder, gel, and regular polish. Whoaaa. Went today for a pedicure, I just did the basic one, and what an experience. Kim, was my nail tech, and they go over and above. She did an incredible Job. It included, a foot/leg scrub, she scrubbed the bottom of my feet, and it included a massage. Mind you, this is for the "lowest" pedicure offered. I felt like the service I received was me choosing the highest level of pedicure. She is very detail-oriented and is very patient and thoughtful, taking a lot of time to make sure everything is perfect. My manicure was perfect lasted 3 weeks with zero chipping. I recently got a second manicure and unfortunately couple of my nails chipped off since they accidentally used an older bonding polish. But Jaslyn & Evelyn fixed it for me with no hesitation and free of charge. That customer service is very appreciated and really goes a long way-- I highly recommend this salon! read more

Pros: 1. Ladies there were nice to me. 2. Gel was long lasting. Cons: 1. I got four cuts total. One from shaping the nails and three from cleaning the cuticles. (If, they were being cleaned‍) This is the roughest manicure experience I've ever had. There are other comments mentioning cuts so just be careful. ITS NOT A JOKE. (By Jackie) 2. The acrylic is soooo thick (&ugly) that it took ONE+ HOUR to remove without damaging my natural nails. 3. The painting is just horrible. Uneven & unprofessional. I was new to this neighborhood and through yelp picked the closest & highly rated salon. But it traumatized me so much that I was anxious to try another one. Turned out I finally found my girl. She's professional and gentle. THAT is called a nice manicure not torture & disappointment. (I made an appointment and tipped generously. Im not here to trash this place. This is my 3rd or 4th time visiting this nail salon. They do a great job helping you pick out the color that you want. My only complaint is that I know they carry the OPI polish and I know a specific name of the color I want but they always just reference to their color chart on similar colors to what I show them on Pinterest. Nonetheless they do a great job. I've only had one nail mess up after leaving and I think it was because my nail was already broken before I went in. Also, a few weeks ago I had my boyfriend join me for a pedicure (his first time). They offered us the complimentary champagne which I thought was nice - although I've had a couple pedicures there before then and wasn't offered anything. Also make sure you sign in with your phone number each time, apparently once you reach 10 points you get a coupon. Not sure how the point system works though because I've probably spent over $200 there and only have 3 points? read more
