There was a miscommunication about one of the services I received. They had three employees get involved just to explain it to me. I felt like I was put on display. They were being really loud about it and making me uncomfortable. I ended up just paying so I wouldn't be embarrassed. The second issue was regarding Venmo. Recently they started accepting Venmo for payment but apparently they no longer are accepting Venmo. This wasn't communicated to me beforehand. The owner told me next time to check with him first. He was polite about it but after the other ordeal it just felt like a frustrating experience. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me afterwards to apologize for how it was handled. My nails were caked on and looked terrible and when their staff made a clear mistake during my appointment, I was promised a refund. It has now been more than two weeks, and not only have I not received the refund, but they also stopped responding to my emails entirely. It's very frustrating to be told one thing in an email and then be ignored afterward. Communication and accountability matter, especially in the service industry. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of both. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

I got the slushy pedicure and it was amazing. It starts off as a regular pedicure, but then the slushy part comes in. They add something to the water to make it look like a slushy. It is warm and feels like you have your feet in mud. It felt really good. After that the tech finished off my feet with a massage, clean and dry. It took about an hour for the whole thing and cost $45, not including the tip. I really enjoyed my experience and everyone should have a slushy pedicure in their lifetime.
