I mentioned what I normally pay to see if she would be flexible at all, and she got really bitter immediately. She was really sour assuming that the places I have gone to must not do X, Y, and Z..when I tried to reason with her, she had wanted no part of it and to just be done..so then said she had to go and hung up on me. Wow! I was stunned. I understand that people charge different things, but getting offensive about cost or bitter with potential clients is never the way to go. It's okay though because she had insurance which she kept bringing up, so I guess she can continue to talk to people this way.
