It's easy to see they love what they do and genuinely care about the animals in their care. Having trainers who understand its not a cookie cutter solution is really great! He did not change it all in his behavior and they kept him in a cage and he rubbed his nose trying to get out so it was raw when I picked him up. I can no longer recommend this company. I don't know what happened. The owner was a great guy and a great trainer, but I don't know what happened to them now.

Believe me I have looked. My Dog was 12 and had a tumor and we had to put him down. It has been awful missing my dog but the vet has been nothing but compassionate. They said they would bill me instead of making me pay while I was sobbing and when I recieved an envolope in the mail thinking it was a bill it was a card from the vet telling me how sorry they are about what happened to my dog. They still have yet to bill me. Today I went back for my cat because she had some scabbing on her neck and when I paid they told me what the balance would be for my dog and informed me that they made me a paw print for me and I can get it in a couple weeks. I got in my car and cried! I just was putting together some scrapbooking stuff for my dog and was so mad at myself that in 12 years time I never took a paw print from my dog and they did it for me.
