The waitress seemed to feel bad about that, but when the manager came over to investigate, he simply took it in stride and then started to clean the table off for the next group. My friend and I had to wonder who would come into such a bustling and packed restaurant and think that they were going to get served especially fast. Another thing about we noticed about the manager is that he seemed very much hands-on and all over the place in the restaurant. He was very friendly when we looked at the check-in device and wondered what we were doing ~ he made jokes that made us feel less Luddite like. He bussed tables and sat people, and checked on things, and generally looked like the kind of manager of that Gordon Ramsay would appreciate. The menu has something for everybody! And some very exciting options that we have to go back and experience. Lots of add-ons for everything, a huge variety of choices. My sister-in-law had recommended the avocado toast, and I was tempted. I was also tempted by the biscuit and gravy and the eggs Benedict, which are hard for me to resist at brunch. but I reasonably only ordered one meal for me.
