The dentists assistant came to get me and she immediately made me feel less anxious by explaining everything to me and reassuring me it will be super easy... not to mention she was super sweet. He was patient, reassuring, and took the time to check on me throughout the process, helping me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. From my very first consultation, Dr. Miller and his team treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. On April 15, I underwent full-mouth implant treatment, and the results have already been life-changing. Not only do my teeth look incredible, but I smile with confidence again. The care and attention to detail that Dr. Miller puts into his work are truly remarkable. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another patient. Dr. Miller genuinely cares about the people he treats and takes pride in helping them regain both their smile and their quality of life. I just went to Every Smile Mesa, with that same dread in the pit of my stomach. That is, until I walked in and was met with a smile. The receptionist was friendly and warm and welcomed me. This was my first visit, and I had paperwork to fill out. The waiting area is well lit and comfortable. I went to the back with Brittany, who was so nice, and handed me a a bag with goodies in it to take home, and offered me a blanket! Which was so nice, because I'm always cold. But I didn't need it, but WOW! Brit did all my xrays, and she told me all about Dr Lee and how great he is and that she knows she appreciated because he tells her. How awesome is that?! She finished and was very sweet, telling what she had seen on the xrays, and that Dr Lee would be in shortly. Dr Scott Lee is the owner and he came in and he has family back in the Midwest, from my hometown. So we chatted and then he told me his findings and said we would come up with a plan that would fit what I need to get done. So back to the waiting area, as my quote was prepared and then it was explained to me in detail several options that I have. This was my best experience in a dental office since my childhood. When my childhood dentist passed, I couldn't imagine anyone taking such good care of my teeth and I neglected going for many years. Now that I have found Every Smile Mesa, I'm actually looking forward to going back, knowing that I will be taken care of with a smile, to get the best smile I can.

I got an unnecessary root canal that failed and had to be redone by another dentist. And cosmetic veneers that I was not properly fit for and broke almost the same day I left there telling them my teeth felt loose still. I had to have my root canal reposted and was lucky I had enough left to even do that. Now I'm on a 10k plus journey to fix the original problem and the damage done by this office. Other than the problematic work I received from this place the staff is very friendly and they at least communicate. Do they give you right or best information no... but they get back to you. I've given this dentist office thousands of dollars my veneers alone were a wasted couple thousand that lasted me less than a month. With the amount I've spent here and having to go thru and have everything completely redone by someone else I wouldn't recommend going here at all.
