The king suite had a great amount of space - a kitchenette (I didn't ever use), table and chairs, and I loved the air conditioning and water pressure. The staff was amazing and patient with me when I had to have a lot of packages sent to the office ahead of my stay - it was so appreciated! I didn't know it was at a truck stop and that there would be semi trucks parked there 24/7 but it didn't bother me and with the blackout drapes I got great sleep. read more

The location is convenient to the interstate. Cozy room but the carpet felt like a wet sponge under my feet? Nice breakfast room with make your own waffles included which was nice. Unfortunatly, there is no elevator. So I had to take a first floor room, and could hear the people above me walking around on the second floor above me. Luckily, I had my headphones. A good thing, though is that the room rates are much cheaper than a Red Lodge, which is only about 35 minutes south of here. read more

Super clean, very friendly staff. In a safe and convenient location right off the highway by a gas station. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they were very accommodating and the pet fee is minimal! Comfy rooms and decent breakfast in the morning, as well as a 24/7 coffee station. Price was great too. We would stay again when passing through! read more

Just stayed here for 5 days and was very pleased. This place is one short block off of the main highway and right next door to a very large gas station and a huge convenience store. The greeting and check-in process was great, including the freshly made cookies. My room was very clean and nicely appointed with a fridge, microwave, iron & board, hair dryer, nice bedding etc. Plenty of towels and 4 nice pillows on my bed. The a/c & heater worked well and was very quiet and the blackout drapes definitely darkened the room. The free breakfast selections included a nice variety of cold and hot items. There is a computer and printer is in the lobby for guest use. All entrances to the building require a room key. I interacted with various staff members at different times during my stay and found everyone to be wonderful. No doubt I'll stay here again the next time I'm in town, thanks! read more

Ok, won't be able to use a gaming system because you can't switch inputs with the remotes they have, those crappy Charter TV ones.

For it being the only chain establishment around; it was Clean, comfortable. I everything worked. Double queen with huge kitchenette...meaning a table with 4 full-size chairs! Hot water great water pressure. Idk what's up with the vent above the shower head where you can see the insulation behind it... Please reengineer that. I'm a Marriott brand person. I had a last minute change with my original lodging and called the Super 8 in Columbus, MT. Vicki was polite and very helpful. Therefore, I booked two nights at the Super 8 and drove 50 minutes. I'm not familiar with Super 8 and had never lodged with Super 8, but my experience was great. The room was clean, and very comfy. Also, check-in was a breeze. We have stayed here several times on our journey back to Missoula and it's not bad. It's clean and serves it's purpose. The only kinda crummy thing is its right. Next to the truck stop/ gas station so it's really busy and can be a bit noisy. Really though, don't let that scare you away from a decent nights sleep. read more

After driving 12+ hrs straight, I was exhausted & hopeful when I saw this lodging option. I normally stay away from Super 8's due to a couple bad experiences, but was limited option wise. It was extremely nice to be greeted & helped by the young lady at the desk. She was super helpful & quickly made my stressors disappear. My room was comfortable, clean, & served it's purpose. I have to say this place is a diamond in the ruff. I stay in a lot of hotels with the job I have. This place is superb! Great fitness center very helpful staff. Stopped here driving across country and was put in a room with only a Murphy bed. The clerk told me the reservation (for a regular queen bed) could not be changed nor the military discount given because I used a "third party site" even though I booked it through the super 8 Wyndham booking site directly. 6'2" in a murphy bed with an incredibly surly desk clerk. Very disappointed with this hotels management. My daughter was traveling by herself from Washington to South Dakota and ran in to bad weather so she had to pull off in Columbus for the night. When she tried to get a room for the night she was turned down because even though she was paying cash and had a debit card attached to her bank account, she didn't have enough in the bank to cover the room, she did however have the cash for the room. This is a young girl traveling by herself that caught at night in a snowstorm and was too scared to drive any further. I am very very upset and will never ever patronize a Super 8 again. read more

I am a frequent visitor to Super 8's across the country. Didn't expect too much just a little better than Motel 6. What I found was a very comfortable bed and room, with plenty amenities and a great bed. More than a continental breadfast was served. When I arrived they were serving Chicken Chili for their guests for the evening. The weather was bad and this meant I could stay in for dinner. Never have I run into that before in any hotel anywhere. Very pleasant surprise. Only thing negative is the pet policy. Wifi was great too. read more
