I needed fool proof , reliable transport in Los Angeles for traveling from the airport to Monterey Park , then from Monterey Park to San Pedro cruise terminal . All the drivers were professional , kind and helpful with our luggage . Getting a rideshare pickup at the airport can be a big hassle, and you usually have to go to a separate area. Then you have to wait for your ride, which your driver may cancel for whatever reason. But with Tri Shuttle, you get picked up in Arrivals as if you're having a friend or family member pick you up. The shuttle service will text you the night before your trip with information details about the van and later an ETA (estimated time to arrival). You can call the 1-800 number almost any time you have questions. I say almost any time because I don't think anyone was available to answer at 4am Pacific Standard. Other than that, there is always someone who will answer and answer your questions or change your pick up needs.
