I ordered a mongoneada over the phone for pick up. I'm going to be honest. They tasted great. But the mango was not so riped in fact very hard. Everything else was good. They have tons of flavorable options, I decided to try this ham torta. Which was amazing. The price was right. 9$ got me a good sized torta, chips, and a Jamaica drink(which is a must try when you come here). The place was very clean & service was great! This hole in the wall is great! Everything is pretty cheap, the fruit was all fresh, the place was clean, and the selection of items was good. I ordered the superbionico waffle! I'm sure it's loaded with calories, but it was delicious! It's a waffle base with ice cream ( I chose cookies and cream) bananas, strawberries, raisins granola, and shaved coconut, topped with some condensed milk creamer! I'll be coming back! read more

My bf works down the street from here. This store gives me a reason to want to visit my boyfriend while he is at work. I tried it with him once already and I'm already in love with this place. Our sweet cashier also made our juice, torta, and bionocos! We both really loved their tortas... very tasty! Their juices are fresh and made to order, I can't wait to try different ones. So unhappy with everything about this place. I came to order some tostilocos and the cashier tells me for a small it'll be 5 bucks and the large would be 7. I buy the large and as I'm watching her make them, I see her pour only half a bag of Tostitos. Why am I paying 2 extra dollars to get half of what I would get if I paid 5 dollars? It made no sense to me. Anyways, as she continues to make them, I see her grab some money off the counter and not even bother to wash her hands before she continued to make them! And to top it off, she puts hardly any other condiments besides pork skins which I specifically asked for her to go easy on. Definitely would NOT recommend. I always seen this place but never went until one day it was just convienent bcuz it's near where I live. Yelp reviews weren't too bad so I gave it a try and was unpleasantly surprised. Got there and there seemed to be two lines at both ends of the place. It was extremely hot and stuffy in there. The menu has no prices listed so yu don't actually know wut yur paying for. The selections are very limited. After paying, we received NO receipt. We waited at least thirty minutes for our order. When the place emptied out a bit and wasn't too crowded, apparently there is a sign that says if you don't receive your receipt then your order is free. But when we told the lady that we didn't get our receipt she argued with us and handed us the receipt that she originally did NOT give us. And of course she did NOT honor the sign that they have posted. Not to mention, the place and service is really really unsanitary and goes against food handling laws! I witnessed the cashier handling all kinds of money and then NOT washing her hands nor sanitizing her hands and using her bare hands to grab fruit for a bionico. That absolutely disgusted me, and I wouldn't wanna know how they worked with their other foods if she was doing that in plain sight. The place is given a B for health inspectors so it figures but still beyond disgusted with this place, not to mention the bad customer service. read more

I have always passed by this place except i never actually purchased something there but today i was craving a bionico. First off, they have no prices on their menu. A tiny bionico was $6 plus a $0.50 fee on card. Absolutely overpriced for the size of the container. The worst part, i get home and begin to eat my bionico and i eat a piece of the papaya and it tastes rotten!! all the pieces of papaya tasted the same, like they were left out over night in the heat. I was not able to even enjoy, let alone finish, a bionico that i payed 6.50 for. Never going here again. read more
