I've been seeing Najla for a few months now, and I have to say she does an amazing job! For me as a guy I was a little uncomfortable to thread my eyebrows because I did not want them to look "to clean" and wanted a more natural approach. She really did a great job doing that. The owner was really sweet and let me come in for free. I let my eyebrows grow out and had Christen do them. I was in and out in less than five minutes and she gave them a really pretty symmetrical arch. She did a great job. If you're going to try this place out, I really suggest going to her. Great experience with Sara. I booked an appointment for 6:00 pm. I came in 20 minutes early (I had some free time) and Sara talked to me and we had an awesome conversation! She did my eyebrows really well and always asked if I wanted adjustments. This place always has a good vibe no matter what time of day. Not to mention treating yourself with good hygiene for $15 is a good deal. Would come back, highly recommend. read more

This review is long overdue, but I just wanna comment on one of their employees, not the business itself. I dont know her name, but she's a tall lady with curly hair and she always has her hair up. She does not know how to do brows. I knew already by the way she was threading it that it wasnt done right. She cut/threaded way too much on one brow and it looked so bad! I came back like, 10 minutes after to tell them that I wasn't satisfied with how she did it and she just rolled her eyes at me saying "I did not do that. Your brows were already like that" then walked away. NO LADY. I know how my eyebrows are supposed to look and you cut them way too much! Very unprofessional of her. Since that incident I make sure that Maya or Dahir? (excuse me if i butchered your name) is working because they do it very well! read more

She stole my eyebrows. I look like a white cholla. So much of my hair was taken my brow line was sore for four days. And I don't know what's worse, the one eyebrow that is WAY thinner than the other or the one eyebrow that looks like it's trying to be Vanilla Ice. Don't go here. Because of COVID, all appointments must now be booked online, which has turned out to be a big bonus because it makes the checkout process quick and easy. Sara is absolutely wonderful. Ive been going here for years always as a walk in but today this worker i think her name starts with a N was very rude and told me i needed an appointment and she couldn't take me even though there was no one inside! I told her it's Just my eye brows I'm doing and there was no one inside and she proceeded to yell and say i should have made an appointment! As a regular customer im disappointed. Giving these stars to whoever was the lady (I think her name is Sara, basing it in my email receipt) today in Eastlake (1/21/2022). I had an appointment at 12noon and got there with a few people in line. I wasn't sure what was happening but the employee tried to explain to another upset client that she is by herself and that her colleague called out sick. I really think it was unfair for her to deal with all the commotion by herself today, with no help at all. She really tried her best to accommodate everyone and tried to show a positive attitude. If somebody calls out, if you cannot provide another employee in the location, please do not leave that poor staff hanging by herself. At least somebody from management could have called the other clients scheduled with that other employee, to inform them that their appointments will be canceled due to unforeseen staffing issues. I really felt bad for that lady today. I work in health care, and I know how hard customer service is and even worse when management does not seem to help making you feel helpless at work. And to the other clients, it wasn't the lady's fault why our appointments were late today. At least she still tried to help all of us. read more

I wanted to try this place out since I moved to the area, I tried calling the place several times and no answer so I went as a walk-in. The lady at the desk told me to wait outside, 10 minutes later she comes out and tells me they're only taking appointments due to COVID and I said no worries, I will book an appointment and come back.(which was complete understandable) As I was walking away she tells me to hold on, that if I wait 5 minutes she will take me in. So i come back and waited for 20 minutes. Finally, I walk to the door and the lady tells me to wait another 5 minutes as she took 2 other people in, probably forgot about me. If she couldn't take me in as a walk-in, she should've just let me go in the first place before waisting my time. read more

I have been going to Superbrows for 4 years now & cant say I've ever had a bad experience. My brows always look great, the staff is always very friendly, and professional, and the store is always clean. There is rarely a wait more than a couple people. I like to have the same person doing my brows, but the turnover here is extremely frequent. They still always do a great job, but if you're trying to accomplish something, having different threaders who don't know your brows or see what is changing or what you're trying to do, it's difficult. I sometimes feel like my brows are over done and getting thinner, but trying to grow them out and keeping them clean is tough bc it's rare you can see the same lady after a month. Still, they always look nice, but maybe make it worth it for your staff to stick around longer and you'd have more regular customers or even a line out the door . read more

Went here for the first time today five minutes after they opened and the closed sign was still up, but it was past 10 already so I went in. I went in for eyebrows and upper lip. The person I had kept breaking the thread while she was doing my eyebrows, at least three times, and honestly the sound of the thread breaking was kind of concerning. When I got home, the skin under my eyebrows were really red, they've never gotten that red before at the place I usually go to. I looked at my eyebrows again and noticed that one of my eyebrows was slightly thinner than the other. I also noticed that she missed some hairs. I only went here because my usual spot is closed on Monday and I have an even today. I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

The first time getting my brows threaded and this place sure has set the bar high. I was beyond pleased with the job they did on my brows. They are like masterpieces on my face. I used to think that my eyes or my smile were my best facial feature, but now its my brows-- thanks to Super Brows. Their store/salon is hidden in the Village Walk in Eastlake, right above broken yolk. You walk in and you find a simple clean salon. You are greeted by staff and asked if you have an appointment and what service you need. (PLUS, WALK-INS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME) You wait in a row of chairs in the next room. Sometime the line is so long you may have to stand, but it moves pretty quickly. Once its your turn you sit in a dentist like chair, hold your face in a certain way/position, they do their thing and you're off. I usually come by twice a month and get my eyebrows and my upper lip done. They have frequent punch card system to get you free service after 10 visits or so. Need masterpieces for Eyebrows?
