This was the worst tasting food we've had in this location ever as it's in our neighborhood & we've gone here periodically for decades. The chicken was overcooked & the breading was soft, mushy not crunchy. The wings were dripping with oil. The macaroni & cheese had no bite to the macaroni, just mushy & artificial tasting. The worst were the shapeless, blobby , misshapen biscuits. They were gummy & didn't even resemble any picture advertised as a biscuit. I wanted to give this KFC a fair chance since it is in a convenient location but after messing up the order TWO times in a row with subpar and poor quality chicken on top, I cannot recommend anyone consider going to this particular KFC location. For additional context; this second time we tried it we were literally the only car in line and they still managed to botch our order. Just wait in line at Popeyes for like 30 minutes, it will be worth your time versus getting a ruined order with bad chicken. read more

Let me just say that the customer service at this location is really good if you're rating based on attitude. The people are really nice, however that is only half the battle when working at a restaurant. Beyond attitude everything falls short at this KFC location. I ordered a 3-piece meal and clearly asked for "two breasts and a wing" what I got was two thighs and a leg... that's literally the opposite of what I asked for. They tend to give you free cookies and stuff if your food requires a wait, which for me it always does. While I appreciate that, what I would really like is if I got what I ordered and paid for. For me KFC is a 'cheat day' and what I want is the chicken. I draw the line at cookies and for me they end up in the trash. I really don't like giving this location a 1/5 stars but after coming her three times recently and always getting some random chicken that I didn't ask for I couldn't hold back. I like coming to this KFC, because it's super clean, the food is fresh and the staff are usually nice. Today was not one of those days. I made a mobile order, I realized that I hit the dark meat button instead of the white meat, I went inside to ask if it can be changed to white since it didn't cost extra and it was not still being processed, but the man working getting the food expedited said to me you ordered dark meat that's what I can give you, I wanted to explain to him, that there is no extra cost because it was a big box meal and it gives you the choice, but he didn't want to hear me and ignored me. Came in for lunch. Service was excellent. Very friendly order taker and did all the customer service stuff right. I ordered the fish and shrimp platter. She said it would take a few minutes; which I could understand as maybe I was going to get some freshly cooked fish and shrimp. It shirt time my order arrived....and indeed the shrimp was hot and fresh. It was good. However, the fish gets a negative 100. If you know LGS fish it is a heavy battered fish....which I don't mind too much, however the fish was old. If I had to guess it was several hours old. I only go to KFC about one a year. The last time through made me question whether I will ever return. The crust, extra crispy, was shining, dropping with oil, it was burned and the meat was dry and tough. This could only have happened if they had reheated it by tossing it into the fryer to reheat it, or if it had been sitting under the heating lamps for a very long time. The employees at this location are super rude. I came into the lobby to pick up a mobile order and was completely ignored until another customer came in. The manager came to the register and tried to help him instead, the man stated "she was here first" and instead of checking with me to see if I need any help, she states to him "she's just a delivery driver she can wait." I literally could not believe the level of rudeness coming from the manager. Then some other girl comes over and finally asks me what my order was, it was clear she was the only one doing all the work out of the six other people working there. It took them over 20 minutes to get this order ready that was place online well before I had arrived and they were not busy in the lobby or in the drive thru. Then once my order was ready, the lady looks right at me as I'm standing right next to the counter and she takes it all the way over to the mobile pick up area and stuffs the order into it instead of handing it to me or even apologizing for the wait. I went through the drive-thru asking for the Beyond Chicken and the guy just didn't seem helpful at all and no matter what question I asked it was like he wanted to end the conversation quickly. All the other KFC's I've been to you can get an order of the Beyond Chicken with fries and drink. They didn't even have the larger chicken piece option. So I had to get everything I wanted separately. With the nuggets we would normally get asked what dipping sauce we'd like and this guy didn't even offer that to me. I had to wait for the chicken which was fine. I parked over by the waiting area and saw a lady looking for me. When I opened my car door she just slowly walked my direction and just watching her you could see she didn't care for her job. She didn't even hurry it to me after she saw me waiting. Got our meals and was told they didn't have any biscuits at least for 15 minutes and asked my husband if he would trade for a pie. He took the pie still wanting the biscuit. Then he gave me the pie cause it was to go with my meal. I opened the pie in half and in there was a long hair. Showed it to the employee and looked at me like who cares. Before leaving used the restroom and the sink was filthy with black crap in the sink and the toilet had a brown ring around like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple weeks. My wife and I ate at this KFC/Long John Silver Resturant. The experience was dismal. We both ordered fish with two sides and a drink. The fish arrived hot however covered with oil. The side dishes arrived cold. We noticed a bottle of malt vinegar with a broken (glass) top. We placed the bottle on the counter for the Resturant staff to see. They noticed the broken glass bottle and poured the contents of the bottle into another open bottle without straining or checking for glass shards. read more

So I called in and was hung up on so I called again. This time I talked to the manager. She told me bring chicken back in and she will get the missing biscuits for me too. When I got in the manager came out, looked at the chicken I was given. She tells me this is fresh made chicken and what she would given me to replace what I had would look and be the same. I was told they were out of original and was extra crispy okay, I said sure. Laugh all you want but LJS is a staple from my childhood. Just give the fish and chicken an extra pat with a paper towel to absorb the excessive oil and you have a delicious meal. The wait staff is always friendly and the food has always been fresh. On my last visit I was over charged by $5 and didn't catch the mistake. What I received instead was 6 plain wings, with potato wedges and a cookie. The "hot wings" were not hot at all. They did not even have a shallow coating of hot sauce. This is my local KFC and after a a couple visits, it almost convinced me to never go to another KFC again. Col. Sanders cooked with 11 original herbs and spices, this KFC serves the original pieces of chicken he cooked back in 1952. The pieces of chicken are consistently small, and seem like they were leftovers roasting for the past 3 hours. Quick, consistent and staff don't screw up our order as often as other fast food restaurants do. Although sometimes, we don't receive all the condiments that always accompany a meal.
