You guys weren't kidding with all the positive reviews on this place! I highly agree with giving them 5 stars! The staff here is very friendly and always making sure things and nice and clean. They are willing to help if you can't figure their machines out, or if you have any questions at all. They have huge machines here so you can wash all your comforters without worrying about breaking your own machine at home! Also, I personally haven't seen it "packed" as someone else mentioned, but then again, I do come around 5-6am to avoid the crowds and heat. Awesome place to do laundry! read more

I came into Ontario for some work-related training back at Corporate. The hotel I was staying at had an out-of-order washing machine and I was coming back from a week-long trip. I NEEDED to wash my clothes and all the laundromats were closing within and hour. Luckily Super Clean Laundry was open an extra hour. I arrived 10min before the last wash was available and the attendant helped me right away. Love this place, always clean, excellent customer service, the staff is awesome! Today I came in and had to purchase some laundry bags. One of the associates asked me if I wanted to purchase them or if she could check my card. I haven't my card and she said " congratulations you have over 4,000 points!" , Which sum up to $83 dollars. My washer broke at home and its been 20 years since ive used a laundromat. I found "Super Clean Laundry" in Ontario. I was impressed!! It is a very clean facility and Debbie was always cleaning & sweeping. The washing machines and dryers are super clean. Debbie was always available if i had a question, she is friendly and helpful. The washers/dryers required a card. I brought $20 worth of quarters (its been 20 yrs for me:) so debbie cashed it in and placed money on a card. I received an additional $2 for $20. I came on a Wednesday which they offer FREE Liquid detergent soap until 3pm. Top & Front load washers $1.39-$1.99, LARGE front load washers $2.69- $2.99. Dryers are 25c per 10 minutes. I highly recommend this laundromat. 3 Flat screen TVs to watch & plenty of seating. Love this place!!! read more

Our W/D was broken, so I searched yelp and decided the extra 20-min trek might be worth it- it absolutely was! This place is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and other patrons are kind and courteous. When I walked in, I was greeted, shown to an open machine, and an employee who was running soap cycles in between washes (to keep the drums clean) wiped out a washer for me right before I loaded. Another employee was hard at work, constantly swiffering the floor and wiping all machines. She walked me through the payment process (you load money into a card, you don't need a huge bag of coins) and showed me where to get additional soap or snacks if needed. There are large flatscreens and it looks like lots of giveaways for regular patrons. If I need to come back, this a clear top choice. read more

I came here with a crazy large load to take advantage of the washers. I was shocked to find out this place is actually very busy on weekday night at 8pm. I was lucky enough to find 3 empty washes next to each other. The attendant was very helpful and attentive and the people who were also washing were friendly as well. I love how clean everything is. The workers here watched me put my laundry in the dryer... It was 10:25p. Came back at 10:50p and they had closed for the night. Really? My dryers were probably still going as they were closing EARLY. I miss the friendly people who used to work here. Zero stars. Washing machine broke at home and found this laundromat that closes at 11pm. Lady that was cleaning stopped me before unloading said I had to wash before 9:30pm. I seen other people walk in with stuff to wash yet she only told us. Reviews brought me here, and thought it was worth the drive. Not coming back here. I got better service at a different laundromat. The name is it is Lucy's laundromat. This man is was kinder than this lady at super clean laundry. The man from Lucy's Laundromat is the business owner. He also has a convince store that he opened for us to get my mom an aspirin because she was not feeling good. read more

Came here to wash some bedding because I was impatient and my family was using our home washer/dryer. This place had good reviews and my biggest priority was a clean facility so I ended up coming from Upland and it was worth it. The facility was very clean (which is exactly what I wanted), the staff was super helpful and explained everything to me(how to use their machines and load the card they provide), and they were walking around the entire time checking in everything/everyone. Saved me when my washer broke!! I had two large loads that was washed, dried, and folded (by yours truly)--all in under an hour! Very busy place, but it was easy to find an open machine. Very very very happy with this place. I moved to Pomona and was not really finding any laundromats that I felt comfortable to wait in, and was referred to this place. First time I came, I was assisted with how to use the card machine and welcomed, definitely not what I have usually experienced. Everyone does their own thing and is pleasant with each other, I bring my homework and am able to get my studying done without feeling like I need to constantly check my washer/dryer. They have a Wash2Win system, the more you wash the more points you get!!! They have so many different prizes. Even pay your rent for a month! Theres parking in front and back. Plenty of Parking.
