This laundromat is the best I have been to. I normally hate taking my clothes to the laundromat but the experience I had at Super Clean Laundry changed my views on laundromats in general. I had to take my comforters to a laundromat because my washer and dryer are not big enough to get it actually clean ( I usually find dried up soap and spots that don't get clean when I wash them at home). So I found Super Clean when I was searching for a new laundromat. I came on a Friday afternoon and expected it to be packed like all the other laundromats I've ever been to (and there were quite a few people there) but the place is so big and roomy that it didn't seem like sardines packed into a can. The attendant working (sorry I am so bad with names =\) was super nice and helpful. It was my first time and I brought a giant bag of quarters but their machines take a reloadable card and not quarters (so cool!). So she helped me count out 15 dollars in quarters and exchanged it for me so that I could buy the card. She even put an extra dollar on it for me. I thought that because my blankets (plus beach towels, sheets, and pillow cases) were so big that I would have to spend at least $10 and use 2 washers and maybe $5 or $6 on the dryers but she looked at my basket, asked if I had any other things to wash and told me that I had more than enough and only needed to put $10 on the card, and handed me back $5. I ended up using one of the smaller machines that only cost like $4.25 and one dryer that only took about $1.50 or $2 to dry all of my things. It took about 1 1/2 hours to wash and dry everything and while I waited I sat at one of the little picnic style tables they have and did some homework. When I went to check on my clothes in the dryer, a guy (I'm guessing the owner) came and started a conversation with me. He was very nice and welcoming and surprised that I came as far as I did to use the laundromat. When my bedding was done drying, I folded it up and was putting it in my basket when he asked if I wanted a bag for the bigger blanket. I said sure and he handed me a giant trash bag and asked if I needed help taking everything to the car. I didn't because I was lucky and got a spot right in front, but it was so nice that he asked because its hard to find customer service like that these days. They also have a bunch of tvs that you can watch. One of them was tuned to a cartoon channel for the kids that were there and the others had like the news and a movie. Im sure if asked, they would change one to the station of your choosing because they are just THAT awesome. I will definitely return when I need to wash again and maybe even take my clothes next time because their machines are so fast. Oh also, I forgot, there is a sign hanging that says all of the machines are sanitized daily...at first I was like yea right...when does that ever happen? But then I saw the attendant spraying and wiping down the machines after people took their clothes out of them. And BOOM!!! It just d i d! read more

This place really is super clean! I found this place on google and read the reviews before going. I am glad I found this place! The staff on site are REALLY excellent! As soon as you walk in they greet you. They recognize if it's your first time and know their frequent clients. Lucy was extremely helpful and they are all courteous. All machines were working and even the clientele were courteous ( the staff rubs off on everyone). I just wish it were a little bigger and had more seats! read more

Staff is very friendly and always helpful. I feel comfortable when I come here to wash and dry my laundry. There are plenty of seats to sit while waiting. And they offer free WiFi and have certain days where they give out free pizza and soap. They are open as late as 11pm. I happy to be a customer here. read more

I hate being that person and writing a bad review which I've never done, however yesterday September 3rd 2022 about 4pm. I encountered the most disrespectful employee ever no regard whatsoever for the customer. And I've been coming here for years literally for the excellent customer service and cleanliness of the place. That was not the case the woman working was so rude. I used the biggest washer there which cost close to 10 bucks and one of them went out the lady said when the other one became available she would credit me, so I take my clothes out not realizing they'd be so wet asked if I can borrow some towels just to soak up a little bit of the water. She comes to my basket COMPLETELY yelling at me that I've made a mess (which was slight water) in front of other customers I was humiliated I wanted to cry, and I couldn't believe I allowed it but I did. She's very bold to do that. Then when it's time to finally credit my wash she goes and puts it on for 11 minutes and I'm like how do you know it was only 11 minutes left and to be honest it shouldn't matter I should get a full load since the other one didn't wash it properly anyways, she proceeds to argue w me I ask for management she said there's nobody there. Then FINALLY she gives me the full load time. I asked her why couldn't she do that to begin with instead of providing shitty customer service and she walked away helping other customer service. Wow what a total rude bitch literally for no reason. I work in customer service so I didn't wanna be that person. But I'm never rude to a customer initially. read more

Okay first let me start by saying the level of customer service I received from Debbie was absolutely amazing! Helpful from the moment we walked in, to helping us load our laundry cards, and thorough instructions on machine operation. This place is very clean as well! Debbie makes sure of that there are numerous outlets for your various devices in the seating area, fresh coffee and refreshments and well stocked vending machines if you want to snack. They have customer appreciation incentives like Free Pizza Thursday (last Thursday of the month) and Free soap Wednesday (6am-3pm) also if you are an early bird you can save some money with their 30% off selected washers from 5am - 8am (excluding Wednesday & Sunday) I'm happy to have found a place not to far from my home that meets all of my highest expectations from a laundry facility. 4 stars for it being clean but negative one star for the falsification of the coupon on yelp she says it's only valid on Wednesdays then we read the fine print and show her then it's only when your washing clothes so which is it? But it's okay it's clean cheap and doesn't smell like a dirty bathroom so will try again to see if it's worth the hype. Mind you this was a spur of the moment I need to wash a few things type of deal but we will see what's up next time to be continued.... Ok, so I'm pretty sure most people usually hate going to the laundry mat, or doing laundry in general.. but this place is pretty awesome. It's always Suuuper Clean (IE the name) and the staff is super helpful and polite. The staff is always helpful. They always help me bring my stuff inside without me even asking for help & they are constantly cleaning. The prices to wash and dry are very affordable, not to mention there's a bunch of different sizes of washers (up to 80 lbs). read more

Came in today to wash two very large and heavy blankets, too large to put on my own speed queen washer. Just want to thank Isabel for helping me. She got my laundry card funded, loaded the washer, added the detergent and softener for me. She even waited to see if the machine was making enough suds before asking me if it was to my liking. While waiting for my cycle I noticed she swept, wiped down machines and checked the trash cans all that while helping other patrons as well. There was a male as well who asked if I needed help to bring in my laundry from my car. And when I left this gentleman was helping a lady load her van with all her clean laundry. Found this place here on Yelp when the laundromat I usually go to closed up shop. I've been doing my laundry here for a couple months now and I can attest that they stay true to their name! Their staff are always cleaning the floors, disinfecting the washers (which is really important during these trying times) and happy to assist you in any way possible. I drive all the way from Diamond Bar and the 20 minute drive is well worth the service and quality given here! The establishment itself looks clean and well kept but I cannot with the dirty water smell after the wash! The second I walked in, I instantly got a positive vibe from the customers and thestaff! Its my first time here and one of the employees(Lisa) was off the clock and was washing clothes of her own, when she noticed us. (Guess it was pretty obvious we were first timers lol) She gladly walked us through the process, showed us the different washers/wash cycles, literally everything. First time coming here and its by far the best and cleanest laundry service i have encounter. Staff is friendly and gives excellent customer service. All the machines whether its a washer/dryer are well maintained and cleaned. Card readers on the machines are fast compare to other laundrymats. Place is very convenient and have plenty of space on top of that they have tables and chairs and charging stations. My water was shut off at my house so I took my laundry here for wash and fold service , staff is very friendly and helped me carry it to and from my car without asking , the soap smells awesome and it only took a little over an hour . I don't ever write reviews. But this needs the owners attention. I've gone into this laundry mat a few times to assist my mom whose older with her laundry. (Typically on Sundays) but, we go whenever my mom wants to go wash. I don't find it professional that one of the employees in always talking about the other girls that work here. The lady with grey colored hair is always so unprofessional and rude why must she always have something to say about the other workers? Is this why she was hired? She always talks loud enough that other customers in the area can hear. I love all the women here and no one else here gossips as much as this lady does. Please let this lady with grey colored hair know that she's unprofessional, she's rude and she needs to do her job. She sounds like a bully. And I want a response from the manager ASAP read more

The ONLY laundromat that I will go to. I used to go to the one around the corner of my house, but I stopped ever since the worker there stole my detergent and lied about it. Super clean laundry is just that, super clean and the worker there is super friendly. All the washers and dryers and in excellent condition and cleaned routinely. I've been coming to Super Clean Laundry for about 3 years now and even as time passes, this place is still the CLEANEST laundromat around. Workers are constantly sanitizing washers for customers.
