Haven't been to a laundry mat in well over 15 years. My washer was down, and desperately needed to wash clothes. Found this place on yelp, saw the reviews and was sold to give it a try. Mind you this is 15-20 mins away from home, but I was looking for a stress free experience. Needless to say, the five star rating stood true. Right away I was asked by a friendly staff member if I needed help. She assisted me with their card payment system and I was good to go. The place had plenty of washers/dryers. They had a couple huge washers and dryers that I would strongly consider to come back to use, for the mountain of comforters that I have piling up on my garage floor. I can easily place 2-3 comforters in those. The folding tables were kept clean, major plus for my ocd self. The staff was quick to clean up after customers; someone always seen wiping down or sweeping. Plenty of cleaning rolling carts for use. There's a few tables and stools to sit and wait at as well. So my washer broke down and waiting for the part to come in. The part just came in, but the washer won't be ready until next week so I am using a laundromat for the second time in my life. It's been at least 10 years since I've been to a laundromat. The main reason I picked this place was because they take debit cards and I don't have to carry a sack of coins. When I arrived Lucy immediately came to my aid and helped me load my laundry card (laundry card required of using a debit or credit card or cash). It was very easy for me as I used Apple Pay. I went around 7pm so most of the small washers were being used. I would have had to wait about 15 minutes to use the small washers, so I used the large washers that carry 80lb and 60lb respectively. It took about 29 minutes for each load done simultaneously as I had towels and colored clothes. It cost me about $11.00 total for two large loads. I have yet to put my clothes in the dryers, but Lucy advised me to use the large 45lb dryers as it will take about 30 minutes to dry for each load. It cost 29 cents for 10 minutes for the 30lb dryers and 39 cents for the 45lb dryer. The place is immaculately clean. They have a clean sink with soap to wash hands and a free clean restroom. The last call for wash is 9:30 pm and you can fold clothes up until 10:45 pm. After that you have to throw them in a bag. They open up at 5am Monday through Friday and at 4 am on Saturdays and Sundays. They have an early bird special from 5am to 8am where you get 30% off. They also have free soap on Wednesdays and other specials. I would recommend this place. It was nice and cool inside too! Not hot like some I remember as a little kid. read more

This was a very nice laundry mat, and the workers were very nice, and kind, and they really care.

We have used their self serve machines for several weeks now. The facility is super clean indeed. The attendant is friendly and helpful. It is next to a market, UPS, and drug store so you can probably get some errands done while you wait. If you want to wait inside, there are two small tables with seating, as well as a bench. Their payment system is easy to navigate and you can use cash, credit card or Apple Pay to load the cards. Highly recommend. read more

I hate laundry mats! Except this one. Whoa! Was not expecting what we found. Our washer broke down so we had no choice but to find a laundry mat. First: it's clean and smells clean. The machines are cleaned constantly throughout the day, so no soap build up and filth inside the machines. They have wifi. The AC works which seems to be a rarity in laundry mats. They have a card payment system which you can add money to via debit, credit, or cash and swipe at each machine. By using the card system you get extra dollars per dollar amount that you put on the card. By using the card frequently you can win some crazy prizes like TVs, Disney tickets, etc. The owners are out on the floor helping people and cleaning the entire time. They are the nicest, friendliest people. It also has a bathroom unlike the last one we went to. It has lots of electrical outlets for charging. It's full of nice families instead of weirdos. Today is Friday 4:17 I use a big machine of $7.99 A piece of my blanket was stuck on the door so water was dripping out. . The employee stopped the machine and left all my water go out. I did not have any more detergent to put on this big machine. I know I was tripping a little but she wasn't nice enough to give me a little soap to put inside I don't think that was right when they give free soap on every Wednesday from 6am to 3 pm. So I don't think it would have hurted her to give me a little bit of soap to put and finish washing my big old load machine of $7.99. I was just looking for a laundry to wash a load while on vacation. By chance I landed here and they deserve a 5-star rating. Other places I have been to charged me for the card they required me to use with their system. These guys put an extra dollar of credit on my card for my first time being at their location. I was surprised to say the least. The people working were super friendly and made sure that I knew what I was doing (I looked a little lost I guess) and they were very helpful helping me with their card system. I spoke with the owner for a while and he was really nice and personable, I ended up talking longer than the dryer cycle. This was my first time at Super Clean Laundry and boy did it live up to it's name! This is probably THE NICEST laundry I've been to! The facility is clean and has an almost cafe-like feel to it. The machines I used were clean and well maintained, and of course, cleaned my clothes! When looking at the machine (I didn't understand that they take a special card) the worker knew I was confused and helped me change my coin to the card (as their card machine doesn't take coin). Literally, the best laundromat I've ever been to! I initially only came to wash my blankets . The lady was very very nice and helpful. This place is so clean she's cleaning the entire time she's here if not she's folding clothes but the place is definitely clean. I used a washer the big one for 8 bucks and it took only 30 minutes. I used one washer and I put 3 thick throw blankets and one comforter and a set of sheets. I also used the larger dryer it was 90. Cents for 10 min my blankets were dry in exactly 30 min . I really appreciated this services and glad I didn't hav to sit here all day to get what I needed done . I like the idea of adding cash to the card. When I got here it was packed but people were leaving it was about 10 by the time my clothes were done in the washer everyone had pretty much left. Overall great experience I'll be back. read more

Went here recently with a friend & was VERY impressed. First off, there are plenty of machines, it looks super clean (as the name entails) & there is someone in there constantly going around making sure everything is spot clean while offering A1 customer service at all times. But this is where it gets good... I felt as if I was at a Grown up fun house or like a Dave & Busters, because with every wash/ dry, you get points.... you build up points and you are able to redeem prizes. Small points get you "1 free wash", "free soap", etc.... but large amount of points that you have saved up can get you "50 inch flat screen tvs" & "disneyland tickets". So basically they reward you for being a loyal customer. Not to mention, the prices are very fair.... $1 something for small machines, $4.69 for the 60lb large washers... 5 cents to dry, AND on Wednesdays they offer Free Soap and other days they serve Free Pizza from Costco. We saw that super clean was #1 rated for laundry mats in the are so we thought we'd give it a try. We walked in and were immediately assisted by Debby who helped us set up our laundry card and get started on the washers. She was incredibly kind and very helpful! We brought all of our clothes, bedding and towels which easily fit into the 80lbs washers they have and are priced very well. The washers were very fast and efficient even with the heavy wash setting. The same goes for the dyers. I didn't have to do a second drying cycle. They also have specials depending on the day or time you come in and have a point system that lets you win prizes such as Disneyland tickets, rent money, cash ECT. So we came in tonight to wash our comforter since it's a queen size I prefer to use the laundry mat I put my comforter along with my sheet in the washer and apparently the end of the sheet got stuck which I didn't notice until the washer door had locked already , so I went to get the employee who was working there was two women the one I asked for help had black hair very short and Mexican , she proceeded to tell me I can't put blankets in the washer and told me I over stuffed the washer which wasn't the case at all when I tried explaining to her that the sheet got caught she rolled her eyes at me and made a sigh , this woman is so rude I had brought my daughter and granddaughter with me and because my daughter was behind me with my biracial granddaughter she asked my daughter if she could help her with something so that was the first thing I found very rude and ignorant about her , also later on my daughter used the restroom and after she was done the lady ran into the bathroom to investigate.
