The Disneyland of laundromats!! I have been so impressed by this place! I'm a college student so I've been to countless laundromats where they're un-clean, busy, or waste your money. But this isn't that kind of place As I pulled up they had two employees that greeted me at the door and offered to help carry my dirty laundry. They helped me set up my laundry card which can have cash or coins loaded onto it and sets you up for their prize/ rewards program. Great wifi access and plenty of room and outlets to wait for your clothes. I'm surprised they don't offer to fold too even though I'm here just to wash clothes the customer service is that kept me here to study and hang out while I wait. I will definitely be taking advantage of their 30% off early bird discount in the future! read more

Absolutely the best laundry mat I've ever been to!! Everyone is so nice and the facility is sooooo clean!!

Came here cuz I couldn't wash some of my much larger items. I haven't been to a laundry mat in YEARS & the one I've been to is still near my family home and in business. Truth be told I always get a little apprehensive going to laundry mats cuz they're always not in a great area, never really clean, you feel like you want to sit there for hours to make sure nothing happens to your things, etc. I found Super Clean on Yelp and went with my mom and bf. They have plenty of parking and near the Rite Aid and Chase if you need a quick reference. As soon as we walked in with our items in plastic bags, a woman approached me asking if we needed help. I was surprised because I've never been to a laundry mat where employees worked! She ended up telling us that if we wanted, they can wash it for us and fold and everything & she would just text us to let us know when it was ready. Sure enough, a few hours in, it was! Picking up was also easy & my items were clean - even my mom was impressed & she's finicky about washing her way lol. Super Clean can get busy on Sunday - which was when I went. There was a LOT of people however I can easily tell that things were running smoothly with their employees there to oversee. No one was idling or taking their time. The employees also were not lazy or hated their jobs, in fact they were happy! I was asked if we needed help to the car, received personalized service, a text... the facility is also clean and well tended to. They have a charging station, great vending machines for snacks & drinks and for your laundry needs, flat screen TVs to pass some time, and WiFi. I think Super Clean is leading the way to better Laundry Mats!!!! read more

I haven't used a laundromat in 20 years and was pleasantly surprised by Super Clean. From the moment I walked I the door I was helped by someone. Everyone WAS SO HELPFUL! The facility is clean, TVs throughout and the bathroom was clean. Definitely recommend. read more

This is my first time here. I needed a place to dry my clothes since my personal dryer had stopped working. As soon as I walked in I was greeted almost immediately by the gentleman who works here. He was very polite and helpful. I had forgotten my wallet in the car and when I came back I was greeted by yet another employee, a woman this time. She was beyond helpful and even took her time explaining to me how each and every machine worked/ pricing. I am very happy with this laundromat. I read reviews of this place and I see why it gets its five stars. Immediately when I came in an attendant helped me get a laundry card. She was kind and even helped me later when I needed to. Get dryer sheets and accidentally bought more detergent. As for the prices, they're pretty good. I planned on spending about $20, but only spent $14. There were plenty of machines available, but I do wish there were more places to sit. Other than the sitting, it was a quick and easy experience. read more

Been coming here for the last couple of months and I always enjoy coming here super clean and the staff are sweet and helpful! This is was first time sending in my laundry to be done for me (it was a super busy day for me I didn't have time to do it myself but it needed to be done!) and they did a fantastic job I went in to pick up a few hours later and they had it in bags ready & folded very nicely for me and they also separated our under clothes and bathroom towels in one bag which was awesome! :) Very pleased would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! BEST Laundry Mat I've EVER been to EVER. Walk in and get greeted! Incredibly helpful staff! Walk you thru the card cash process, Walk you thru the washing process ; different settings on the machines, everything. How to gain and redeem points. Extremely clean AND clean restrooms! They have so many ways to save money and so many cute deals! SHOUT OUT to Cesi and Lisa they ARE amazing! They also do FULL service, where they wash for you. Drop it off, pick it up DONE. Coming back, would recommend! ONLY thing, and I almost took a star off for because it's kind of a BIG thing is some of the machines either the dryers or washers stained some of the clothes. It was my first time here and I had an amazing experience. Just as all the other reviews, Lisa walked me thru the 101 on how to load $ on their card to be used as payment for the washers and dryers. Very clean. This place is well lit, has friendly staff on premises to help when needed. They sell laundry detergents and dryer sheets. Have vending machines, etc. I will surely return and worth the long drive. I will definitely share this location to everyone!! read more

The name is true- its super clean laundry! Everything is labeled and organized. The attendant, Debbie was friendly and helpful. You'll have to use a card, which is free, to use the machines. The machines are in varying sizes. It's odd that the prices ends in .x9 , ie wash was $2.99 and dryer was .29 for ten minutes. It's just different. Love the wi-fi, seating areas, and small sundry on site. Also in a strip-mall, so I was able to use the bathroom at El Super and grab a snack and run errands at UPS nearby. Also saw some girls w/ yummy ice creams coming out from La Michoaca! Try this place out and this will be your new go-to laundromat! read more

Coinless laundry is the future and this place does it right. The machines are nice and there's a variety of sizes to fit your needs. There's always an attentive employee ready to help, and the location is great too; it's right next to a grocery store. The prices are reasonable, $3.99 for a 30lbs washer (medium side-loader) and about $1 for 9 minutes of drying. They also have an early bird special when you wash before 8am. I rarely come to a laundromat but I might say from past experiences this one is the best by far!! I came on early Sunday it wasn't bad, but there are a good amount of people. I thought it would be empty, but it wasn't, and I know why. The staff was great and super nice! Especially Debbie! I came there the first time and she made me feel welcome. She offer me an laundry card and walked me through how to load money in. She's really helpful and she always checks up on me. Omg she made me feel sooo welcome! Washer went down for a bit, so went to this place 2 times. Staff is very friendly and you will always see someone wiping down the machines. You have to upload money on their card, but they help with that. Prices are a bit higher compared to others in the area. However, you don't get that ghetto unclean vibe.. It's Super Clean like that name says and they have WIFI, some drawing they do once in a while, TV screens, and early bird hours where you save about 30% I think. But places like this will be popping up more in the future. It is the clothes you and your family wear everyday..Worth the drive even if you live 15-20 minutes away. read more

Let me just start off my saying that this was my first time at a laundromat so I called ahead because I needed to wash 3 sleeping bags. The woman on the phone assured me that they has machines to accommodate my needs. When I arrived I saw her and she quickly greeted me and asked another employee to show me around, set me up with my laundry card, showed me how to load it, and showed me which machines to use for my sleeping bags. My review of this place is way overdue, however I wanted to give a period review and not just a one time experience. I've been here in all various times from Saturday 4am to a later than usual 8pm on Friday night. My overall experience has been consistently outstanding. This place regardless how busy it gets has an over the top 5+++ stars for the excellent team this is starting from the owner Jay to the staff. I've got excellent friendly support from Cici and Debi. I'm not surprised it gets busy because the machines run great, incredibly clean and the there are laundry carts readily available. You would think the cost to take your laundry would be more but on average and depending when you use the facility you could SAVE considerably less compared to other coin laundry places. Because the machines are well maintained you won't get machine grease or yucky residue ruining your clothes. This place is also high tech, free wifi, extra large flat screen TV's throughout the facility, more places to sit with bar stools and tables. If this wasn't a place to take your laundry this would be a Sports bar. So high tech that you don't use coins you use a plastic card to pay for the laundry. There are also special incentives for loading more on your card if you use cash. Debit / credit cards are acceptable but bring cash. There is also free coffee and some pastries just too many bonuses to mention. For those that use this place be sure to thank the owner and team for making a usual boring mundane chore to something very pleasant. More importantly be courteous to others. Don't sit on the counters where people fold their clothes. Don't over stuff the machines too. Clean up after yourself. Don't block the aisles. Keep an eye on your own laundry. This has to be the cleanest and most amazing laundry mat ever like ever!!! -due to Loews failing to deliver my washer and dryer set for whatever reason I unfortunately have to go to a laundry mat!!! -BUT THAT BEING SAID! Omg, this laundry Mat experience had to be by far one of the best ever -this place was super clean -the woman working here was super friendly and sweet and she had the greatest customer service -all machines were super high tech and new -they woman gave me free soap! Wow! So glad for such great customer service here, the attendant working this morning deserves a customer service award like seriously she was super sweet and so helpful -they also have free pizza on the last Thursday on the month, how cool is that!!!! -this by far has to be one of the best laundry mats and I will def.ly be returning! -prices- are also great 4loads of wash and dry only cost me $6.50 What a steal This is something worth bragging about Kid you not I went to two before coming here this very same morning and the other two was so ghetto and gross I'm so glad I found this place Parking super easy and smooth read more

To be honest. I hate washing but I love coming here! Jay, the ladies, and the Luis's here are friendly, helpful, hard-working and funny! The customer service is top-notch. It's always clean here. They're always on top of everything. And they always go out of their way to help you out anyway they can. I live down the street from here. But I know people that go out of their way and come from different cities just to come here. I like if you load your card with cash. You get a free wash. Anyways I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. I see why this place has such good reviews. The place is very clean and their washers and dryers work great! My washer recently broke down and I needed to go to a laundromat to was my clothes for the workweek. I went to one laundromat before in my life and had a horrible experience. I went in on sat evening not knowing how things worked and a staff member approached me and helped me out. They do not use quarters. You upload a card and pay with cash, credit, or debit card. You can choose increments of $5, $10, and so on. Then you use the card you uploaded your money on to wash. The washers are so big and nice. They are well maintained. I used a 60lb washer, which I believe can wash up to 6 loads at a time. The cost for that one was $4.69. Which is an awesome price. There are smaller washers but I had a lot of clothes. The dryers work great and the filing area is well maintained. Overall my experience was very positive. I'm getting my washer fixed soon but I will be bringing my big blankets here so they get a good wash. I highly recommend this place. read more

I normally go to the Chino Laundry Mat for my clothes, but it was packed so I went here. The machines take a prepaid card here, which is an easy process to apply and get instantly. I was pretty nervous being in a new place. I was overwhelmed with the machines and the system, but Debbie (an amazing employee there) showed me the ropes. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Checked in on me multiple times. Free WIFI while you wait, just ask for the password. And as the name says, the place is super clean! Tip for anyone who has never used one of these before (like me): for the dryer you have to push "start" for every 10 minute interval you want your clothes to dry (not explained on the machine itself). This is the best laundry mat , it's sooo clean and I've recommended a lot of family here. They are surprised at how clean and nice it is! It's very well kept up and doesn't look messy! I accidentally forgot my blanket in the washer last time I went and it was raining so I hurried home without thinking and didn't realize I left it at the laundry mat until 11pm!! I left around 6/7 I called and the woman I spoke to held onto it for me and told me she was about to leave but she stayed! I believe. Her name was Isabel she's young and very helpful and welcoming as soon as you walk in. She greeted me and asked me if I needed any help and she did help me!
