Horrible horrible place!! This place is filthy and has the most rudest people I've ever met! I had to start a load passed 10 because the washer I used didn't wash it properly and it was soaking wet! So I had to put it in a whole new load and the lady comes in giving me a hard time and telling me how upset she was and well quite frankly there washes don't wash right if I had to spend 6.75 and then another 8.75 for the same load!! I came to the Laundry mat because of the convenience of the location but after I arrived I found out only some of the washer and dryer work. Some don't have hot water and very seems they don't wash very well after I took out all 6 load of wash they smelled sour. Yuck! Then went to dry to only have to wait to dry because not enough dryers. Lame. Only to find out how many times u had to restart dryer to get my laundry dry! This laundry mat needs some updating and maintenance! read more

My experience was generally fine. My only issue is thay the dryers must need to be cleaned our or something g because usually My clothes are dry within 20 minutes in the dryers but this time none of my clothes dryed fully after w5-35 minutes in each dryers. Aside from myself there is a poor woman here tonight that the washer she used isn't working properly & her clothes are now stuck in the washer & nobody is around to help her fix the issue & get her clothes out for her & now she must leave her clothes in washer until morning she is 70 yrs old & really upset.​ read more

It's $6 a load a lot of the dryers were out of service and the had to run the dryer about 4 times til stuff was dry they only ran for 10minutes at a time so I had to keep adding $.25 for an extra 2min it's all coin op too where as most are now accept card. There's also only 3 seats inside so a lot of people were sitting in their cars or having to stand. Great for convenience but not for price. read more

Cashed a $10 bill for quarters using the laundry moneychanger. Using a machine the costs $6.75, I had to insert the full 10 in quarters before the machine would start. No answer when I called their number for help. Now I have to return at closing time to ask for a refund. read more

Sucks that the washers are now $6 a load minimum. There are only 5 of the $2.00 ones. If you need to do a load it'll cost $6.

This place is not the best. Dryers take about 30 to 35 minutes for your clothes to dry the washers are $2.25 small washers. The bigger washers are $4.50 The place is very small. read more

I rarely come to laundromats except to wash blankets. I attempted to go to a place on Orange Grove but it was not up to standard so I came here. I have found this place to be very clean including the bathroom, washers, and dryers. The lady here is very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this laundromat. read more

I did my laundry here last week on Friday, Oct. 19. It is small and cramped, but it wasn't too crowded and there were enough machines. Everything went well. My only complaints: there's no longer a good restaurant in easy walking distance, and there was at least one mosquito inside. read more

This is for the Taylor company not so much the dry cleaners I had taken three of my daughter's skirt's there to get fitted to her the first time I just took them in with what I thought were my daughter size's, it had been a week & still heard nothing. I finally called & ask what was taking so long & the girl one the phone told me they hadn't even started working on them because they needed my daughter to come down to be fitted to the skirt's. I was shocked it was costing $175.00 to size three skirt's & attentiveness just wasn't even there finally brought my daughter down & then ask how much longer tell the skirt's would be down she said they were very busy that they would call me when they were done, well that didn't happen I once again waited about four days & Called the girl told me that she had called & left a message on my voicemail but she never had I think for sure I had been ripped off my daughter is very small & I should've never been charged that much money I'll never go back again. read more

Really a nice laundromat. The place was busy. There is an attendant on duty. All the machines worked very nicely and very efficient. I did two big loads: clothes, sheets, jeans and washed and dry for $8.00. We were the only 65 year olds there but everyone was very nice. (Mom's, families, singles). read more

The service by Stephanie was outstanding. She assisted me with my laundry as there was a bed spread that I was not sure how to wash. She had just finished scrubbing the bathroom and it was a very high temperature day with parking lot construction going on outside. Nonetheless she was cheerful and friendly. With her assistance I was able to have the best machine, correct settings, temperature control set, and job completed in no time. The laundromat was clean with no debris laying around. Friendly staff! First time in a laundromat so I was a bit intimidated but I was relieved when the friendly lady approached me and asked me if I knew how it works. Would drive 20 min away! Small and kinda cramped, but clean and overall pleasant enough. There aren't enough dryers compared to the number of washers, but the prices are good -- around $2 to wash a medium-sized load, and another $1.50 to dry it. There is a Goodwill next door so you can browse while you wait...and a Starbucks not far down the street. read more

I decided to come give this a try despite the bad reviews. We are remodeling our laundry room and I had one load to wash. I came in, got my laundry bin out and noticed a lady walking out by the front door on the phone. She glanced at me and I figured she was doing her laundry. I went up to the counter but no one was there. There was a note under a bell that said "I am in the restroom I will be right back." I waited for about 5 minutes before I started looking around to see if I saw anyone. Another customer noticed me looking and nodded towards the lady outside. He said the cashier was out there. I look out and it was the lady on the phone who had seen me walk in with my laundry bin. I looked at her to see if she would come in but she stayed occupied on the phone. We made eye contact and I waited a little longer for her to come in but she kept pacing back and forth laughing on the phone. I didn't want to wait even longer only for her to tell me she didn't accept credit cards or didn't have change so I took my laundry bin, got back in the car and drove off. We gave these guys 2 chances. 1) Took my $100 jeans to get hemmed. They took bad measurements and ended up with high water jeans. Thanks! 2) Dropped off coats to get dry cleaned. Coats came back not looking any better and were late on delivery date. I'm questioning if they even serviced it or not, that's how bad it looks. 4 brand new HUGE washers that easily accommodate things like bulky sleeping bags and comforters. A little pricy at $7.25 per load but well worth it for those items that only need an occasional wash. Likewise, there are 3 brand new enormous dryers. Each accommodated 2 huge comforters/sleeping bags easily and at $1 for 8 minutes were a real bargain. Everything was dry in no time. I was hesitant to go here, but its actually quite nice. Its a little smaller than most, but they have a 50lb wash, and 35lb dryer, which helps a lot. On top of that, they have staff at the dry cleaner, which is attached to the building, and the lady working was super nice and helpful. They have a special on Tuesday and Thursday, 1.50 for the washers. There is wifi, but you have to have cox or another company to log into to use. read more

Worker was grumpy and annoyed when I asked to buy some drying sheets. Also the building was dirty with few places to sit. Worst of all I put my clothes through 3 cycles of the dryer and they still came out damp and didn't have enough quarters to continue. Never going back for sure read more

Went there twice. 1st time was in 2014 for dry cleaning n alterations. There was a very pleasant lady who was polite and did an excellent service of altering. So when a prom suit needed dry cleaning and alterations, we went back there. This time under new management, the service is so bad it's unbelievable. The women at the dry cleaners were rude and even scowl when one wall in. They made me come back twice bcs the seamstress will not be in. When I came back at the time they told me to, the tailor was not there. A younger lady helped to take the measurements but she was nice. They tool 4 days to get it back to me and guess what it was done wrongly. Supposed to be taken in, the pants waistline was taken out instead. With the prom the following day, I had to rush to them in the morning as they promised to rectify it when I called about the mistake. Walked in and this very rude lady just scowled and keep 'playing' with the laundry hanging machine fir almost 5mins. No smile or hi back when I said hi. Then she just rudely said, 'I am looking for your order!' When I do am not even there to pick up an order. Yes, she never bothered to ask, just assume. I told her about the issue and she just rolled her eyes and said no tailor around. I reminded her I called last evening ans her daughter told me it can be rectified today. She walked away while I was still talking and called the tailor, rolling her eyes and sighing heavily. Now she asked me to go and look for the tailor at another location after and an hour. She refused to refund me and asked me to get the refund from the tailor instead. I had to miss an appointment to go and look for the tailor to have the pants altered. Basically, have never come across such bad service in tucson ever. If this is new mgmt, then the employees need to be replaced immediately. Never ever going back again and will definitely will let the whole world know about how bad this dry cleaners are!!!! read more
