Great service! Great prices that can't be beat! Staff is amazing, I forgot the guy's name that works the front and does the paperwork with you, anyway, but he made the process go very smooth! Explained your options, didn't haggle you to get this or that, and just made conversations very easy. He was very welcoming front start to finish which made our decision to go with them an easy one. We tried to go as a walk-in but they were booked, but got us in first thing the morning two days later on a Saturday which was very appreciated since neither of us wanted to take time off work lol! We got two of our cars tinted that day (our Tesla MYP and our Kia Sorento): all ceramic tint, 5 windos for the Tesla, and I believe it was 9 windows for the Kia - all done within 2-3hrs for both cars! It was less than an hour for the Tesla, then once that got done we swapped cars to have breakfast and they were done right when we got done eating. No bubbling tints are flush to the edges - so far no issues and it's been 3 months since the installation. I'll take pictures of the tints on our cars and will upload them when I get the chance. Grand opening savings, new tint business in Tracy. I have had tint put on my cars before, but was done in a rush, with cleaning product/chemical solutions remains on the door. Not this tint shop. They upgraded my tint, no up charge, gave a very good deal to begin with, speedy service, and very clean (car was as clean as I gave it to them). Gave them a good review at first because they basically pressure you to do so to get the best price . 1st visit I thought everything was nice and good til further inspection a few days later . Only 1 window was good on my 2023 Toyota Tundra . Brought it back to get it fixed and they only agreed to fix the 2 front windows (driver/passenger) my rear window has a bad gap that they supposedly can't fix because 4 years tinting experience isn't enough to fix it . I have had maybe 6-7 cars/trucks tinted before from other people and never have I seen a gap that bad . Bothers me badly, they bs me a lot so I just left it . Never going there again . Do not come here ! Just came 2 days ago for 15% tints in the front and 5% in the back for ceramic the man manipulates you into buying the tints for more money claiming they are better quality. First of all they are not dark at all seems to me they are not the actual percentage they say they are. 2, they do not tint both sides of the window.Once we had seen these defects came in to try to get our money back and remove the tints the man said that they cannot remove the tints here we have to go somewhere else, and also states that he does not have to tell us the policy before purchasing. This location was a really bad experience for me I'm going to share my experience start to finish. I booked on Friday for a 1:15p appt. for Saturday. At 12pm I called to get an estimate of how long it would take. The manager says hard to say but a good bet is no longer than 2 hours. I dropped my car off at 1:30 since there was 1.5 cars ahead of mine. My car ended up being finished around 4:30p. The manager then tells me they locked my keys in my car so he drives me 40 mins round trip to get my spare key in a car that smelled of straight 100% cigarettes (unpleasant to say the least) to get my spare. We then get back and they quickly put the car back together but they damaged my car's inner door handles because of their haste I guess since things were already immensely delayed. And they improperly put the side door panels on. I got out of there around 5:30p. He offered me a small deal as an apology but it wasn't close to covering the inconvenience and damage they caused. Got the $99 online deal. Note that the only tints offered with this deal are 15%, 35% & 50%.... I wanted 5% on my rear window and was told that I either needed to upgrade to the next package that was an additional $325 for a total of $425 and I would also get the additional "free 99 deal" Or I could pay another $100 for the 5% on the rear window. After going back and forth, he told me he would give me the 5% for no charge. Thank you. My car was there for 5+ hrs, and I could see through my app that the car wasn't moved till the last hr. So it really only took about an 1 hr to get my 5 windows done. Seemed a bit rushed. The cleanliness of the new tint wasn't up to the way I would expect, but the windows seem to be the tint I wanted. Aside from the weather being overcast and raining, with the car not having time to sit in the sun to cure any. The job seems to be well enough. If you just want some tint done, this place gets it done for a great price. If you want a top-notch job done, with an array of ti t levels, maybe upgrade or take your car somewhere else as $425 seems to be a bit much for o ly 5 windows. Just my 2 cents. read more

Absolutely the worst quality and professionalism. My son had his windows done on October 17th and by end of the day it was bubbling and pitted. He went back the following day after work October 18th and requested they remove the tint and wanted a full refund. They would not remove and refund money. I have tried to no avail to get a response. I even called phone number on receipt which says JBT Tracy with San Fransisco address only to be put on hold and then disconnected. We have time stamped photos which I sent with a text requesting a response. The person was cursing my son out and threatened to call police because he was adamant about them doing the right thing. I will be filing complaints with the BBB, consumer affairs, district attorneys office and others regarding this situation. I was hopeful that someone would return my call and want to do the right thing. I will not stop until either they refund my sons money or are no longer in business. I have also contacted Solar Gard to file complaint and sent photos. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. THEY ALL HAVE A F RATING WITH BBB AND SEVERAL BAD REVIEWS ACCORDING TO MY RESEARCH. read more

I won a "free" window tinting at a car show. The scheduling was smooth, the phone was answered immediately and I had an appointment scheduled within minutes. The problem started when I arrived at this location, it was dirty and very unwelcoming, fly traps were full and it looked like nobody has ever swept. I should have took that as a sign to leave, but I stayed because I had a "free" window tinting for up to five windows or $99. When I spoke to Andrea on the phone she had asked for the make and model of my car to which I replied "2018 Subaru Crosstrek". I drove 40 minutes to this location from Modesto and I was told that my window tinting wasn't actually free. The 5 windows that were "free" started from the back, which included the two small triangular windows behind my rear windows. This means that they were going to tint my hatch back window, the two small triangle windows, and my rear windows, but not the front ones (which are the only ones that don't come with the manufactured tint). The man there claimed that it stated on the website that it was 5 tinted windows "starting from the back". This is not true. I originally tried to make an appointment online and nowhere did it state this, nor was it EVER mentioned when I talked to Andrea TWICE. I even asked if they could just match the front 2 windows to the back, I didn't even need the other windows and he told me it would be $40 a window. Even if it was $40 a window the promo was up to $99 "FREE". Based on their performance I was going to recommend a friend, unfortunately they lost business from the both of us. This business is not transparent or professional in any way. This place is a SCAM! An absolute SCAM. Go somewhere else. read more

And there was a vomit stain on one of.
