I don't even know where to start. I was really happy with the work. The customer service was excellent. I got the work first done on 3/11/18. I then went back for another fill 3/25/18. After that fill I decided I was going to take this set off. So today 4/26/18 decided my nails were ready to come off and low and behold I take my middle nail off and I have a FUNGUS! I also have them in on 3 other nails. I have NEVER in my life have had one and I've been to numerous of shops and gotten numerous of fills with no problems. I'm highly disappointed and upset because I feel like I finally found a decent nail shop close to home that seemed like they were very clean. And no, I couldn't have possibly gotten it through any place else. It's not like the acrylic was lifting from my nails to where moisture could've gotten underneath. The last set of nails I had was way back in October of 2017 and I took them off that same month and left them alone until I came here. I now have to go to my doctors to see about getting rid of this hopefully them not having to remove my nail. You guys have to sanitize your equipment AFTER EACH USE. It really wasn't worth the $100 (first visit and coming back for fill). Smdh read more

I've been to plenty of nail salons down the hill, so I'm quite picky when it comes to the quality of my manicures and pedicures, this place is one of the best places I've been to. I have always loved the work that they do and my manicures always seem to last for quite some time which is great! I have had to wait on occasion but if you've ever been to a good salon, that's obviously going to happen. People are so concerned with the wait, they should just visit the empty nail salon down the street. Thank you guys for always providing great service! read more

Super disappointed with my full set and even more so with the customer service. I went in for a pedicure and full set. This is my 3rd visit since the salon has gained new ownership as well as my last visit. The guy who did my full set did an awful job painting my nails. He also seemed distracted. I came back from washing my hands and he immediately got up, w/o saying a word, and went over to another customer. My cuticles were dry as heck because he never applied any oil to my hands. WORST NAIL SALON THERE EVER IS !!! I first got there and had to wait a very long time . After i got a seat the guy i had continued to rip my nails off and ripped my thumb nail off and made me bleed !! He took my whole side of my REAL nail off and proceeded to continuing taking it off as i said ow !! Then he was burning my nails with the drill and cutting me and making me bleed . He then was painting my nails with gel and they were all drippy and clumpy and wet . I told him and he had to fix all my nails cause they looked terrible . After he was finished i was expecting to pay a little less and then he said 35$! i said no way when in the beginning he told me 30$, so he was trying to up price me after he continuously hurt me and ripped my nails . i left very angrily with ugly ass nails and clumpy nails . NEVER RECOMMEND THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND NOT WORTH A PENNY !! read more

This place is hit and miss I have had good experiences with pedicures in the past but the nails are awful. Today I needed my nails soaked off and a pedicure for myself and my daughter and they told me 10 minutes had us soaking for 20 minutes with no staff available. The water got cold. I told one of the workers "Nee" that it seems like it's going to be much longer than 10 minutes since we've already been soaking for 20 and she just said OK. No customer service skills no respect for our time. I told them they should just be honest because we could've made an appointment to come back later. Worst experience of my life !! I will never go back !! They cut me 5 times !! Did a "reshape" and it's terrible yet charged me extra for it !! Man I'm so disappointed with the new personnel and new owner. I've heard from some of the workers that they are doing something different with their gel which is causing nails to chip faster. As of today I've had to go back twice for a nail job I got done Sunday. They have horrible customer service and don't seem to understand when you explain simple items. They get upset if you choose to not do their upgrades. Also when I went in to get my nails fixed they made me wait a very long time and then the guy that originally did my nails left his current customer mid nails to do my one nail even though I specifically asked for him not to be the one to work on my nails. His customer was upset and wanted to leave. This place has definitely lost my business now even though I've been going there for years. read more

I understand that they have owners who are new. 3 of us went for pedicures on a Sunday afternoon and I was impressed by how nice the people are there and that they also provide a good level of service. Everything is clean and that is important. Pricing is about standard what you would expect. I don't go for pedicures often but now that I've found a good place plan on coming in more regularly. Was happy to find a nail salon open on a Sunday so I called and made an appointment for myself and a friend, when we came. We werent helped until about 45 min later. I was frustrated at the lack of customer service in asking what services we wanted and working to provide the time for us to get our nails done. The nail tech was very good at her work which I appreciated but then the friend I came with had to wait in between her pedicure and manicure and switch between 3 different people just for a full set acrylic nails and a basic pedicure. 3 hours later we both got our services done. WAY too long and un organized in taking care of the people who were coming in. It was frustrating waiting and not enjoying the full service of the appointment I made. Over all decent nail salon, it didn't wow me, but it was nice. It was a nice clean experience. The best thing about this place was the fact that there were so many workers that the wait wasn't long. I called and made an appt with a certain tech and when I got there, no one knew about my appt and my lady was busy with another client, so I had to get stuck with another lady which was not nice, rude, and did a horrible job! I didn't get the full service of what was to come with it and she rushed and hardly even put any effort or time into the service of what she was supposed to be giving me and that I was paying for. I had to go home and scrub my feet myself and finish the job she didn't do. The whole thing was a very uncomfortable and disappointing situation!! Was not pleased!! Last time I was here, they had the $15 pedicure special. They have phased that out now, and the least expensive is $20. The chairs are comfortable, and the place is neat and clean, and the pedicure was fine. But, the guy doing my feet was hungry, and we were barely done(don't think my toes were dry yet) and he actually reached over and turned off my massage chair. Then he took my Starbucks cup (I was almost done with it) and went to throw it away. I've never been rushed away like that anywhere before. It's not like there were people waiting. What I thought was poor was your lack of promise. You communicated the water issue once I was in the chair with my feet bare and pants rolled up. "Any problem you come back we fix free because we stand by our powder/work" you said. I did and you failed to fulfill your guarantee. That is shameful on any and every level. Second they tell me the guy who would be doing my nails is almost done so it won't be long.. He finishes with his customer moves on to doing a pedicure, finishes that then starts working on another girl... Almost 45 minutes later I get up to leave and the shop manager is like few more minutes I'm almost done.. Needless to say I left. Walked in and didnt have to wait to be seen. I asked for a pedicure and felt pressured to order something more than just a basic pedicure. He rushed right through it and didnt put down an even base coat on my toenails. Then he globbed on two layers of polish and then clear. I could tell right away it was thick but when it dried it bubbled up and dried uneven. Very disappointed. I gave two stars because I didnt have to wait and it was clean inside. read more

By far the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to! All I got was a full set put on, and it took over 2 and a 1/2 hours. That was mainly because they kept stopping and doing other services while I waited to be helped, even though I was there first. Once I was finally done the girl had the nerve to ask where the tip was. First off my nails were not what I wanted and second I was ignored most of the time, so no one was getting a tip. Then within 2 days of getting my nails done they looked like I needed a fill. And Not even a whole week went by and 2 of my nails are already missing. I'm so disappointed.
